Ayame was raised by her mother by herself while her father, Susanoo, was absent. She grew up knowing who her father was and understood his absence but still missed him regardless. They were a poor family and could barely afford to get by. When her mother got sick, they couldn't afford medicine and Ayame couldn't get a job. She had no choice but to take up stealing and stole the medicine. Even after her mother became well, she continued to steal as it was so easy for her. Her mother became aware of her daughter's actions and enrolled her in learning the way of the sword. The discipline in the sword got her to stop stealing but it brought out Ayame's thirst for battle. One day, bandits attacked their village, killing and kidnapping many of the villiages. Ayame's mother was among those kidnapped, prompting her to give chase to the bandits as they fled. By the time she caught up to them, her mother had been killed and her thirst for blood awakening. Even after brutally and mercilessly murdering the bandits, she went on a killing spree, slaughtering any and all who crossed her. Her blood lust went on for years, her technique with a sword and various other weapons vastly improving. During Lucien's rule, Ayame created a gang that followed her out of fear. She showed no hesitation in slaughtering her own men out of boredom, not that any of them complained. After his imprisonment, she suddenly got bored and disbanded her gang. The Demi-Goddess went into a state of self reflection, learning to control her bloodlust and undergoing meditation. By doing so, she learned general control and gained a better grasp on her abilities. For many years she has been quiet until she learned of the God of Chaos' escape. Now Ayame has restarted her quest for power, the quiet storm slowly advancing...
