Personality: Kyseele considers herself a true renaissance woman. She strives to excel in whatever she applies herself to, whether it be throwing a punch, writing poetry or mastering a new spell. She never looks back to dwell on her failures and always keeps her view on the horizon. This determination and sheer force of will allowed her to survive a rather rough childhood and to rise to the position she holds today. Kyseele also has an insatiable thirst for knowledge. She is fascinated with history, spirituality and the arcane. She gets very excited when she discovers some new piece of knowledge in one of these veins.
- Character Flaws: Blunt and to the point. Kyseele speaks her mind and does not care whose feelings it hurts. Kyseele is fiercely independent and has a hard time relating with others. The exception to this is when helping the bullied. She also suffers from a genuinely creepy appearance, brought about by her fiendish heritage.
Childhood – Kyseele never knew her parents or where she was even born. All that is known is that as a baby she was found on the doorsteps of an orphanage in the port town or Regen. It was at this orphanage she would spend the rest of her childhood. It would prove to be a rough upbringing, especially after she accidentally dissolved her bed and was made to sleep on the floor. Bullies were a constant issue due to her odd nature and creepy appearance. Not being one for diplomacy, Kyseele got quick with her fists and learned how to take a beating. Recognizing her fiendish heritage the staff kept their distance and treated her as more a dangerous creature than a human. Despite all this Kyseele eventually found her happy place: buried in a book. An incredibly determined child, Kyseele had taught herself to read and it was not long before she read every book in the place. Any new donations were read by her first. She especially loved books about history, the gods, and magic and soon made plans of her own.
Teen Years – It turned out those plans came to fruition sooner than she imagined. Upon turning sixteen, Kyseele had decided that she had had enough of the orphanage. She took whatever supplies she could gather and unceremoniously left. It was then she began her life as adventurer, using her limited spell skills, fiendish blood, and school house brawling to make ends meet. Kyseele wandered across the countryside, doing odd jobs here and there, earning just enough to survive. Eventually she came to the spiritual city of Gaisa where she joined an order of monks. It was there she would spend the next several years of her life training her body into a weapon and learning all she could about the history of Semesta and the deities Mali and Maki.
Present Day – Though Kyseele learned much in her time at the monastery her wanderlust eventually got the better of her. She knew her destiny ultimately laid elsewhere. Kyseele once again took up the life of an adventure, using her much improved skills to earn a far better living than before. Her travels eventually brought her to the Island of Dunia where she discovered the library that contained all the world's knowledge. With tears in her eyes, Kyseele knew she had finally found her place in the world. She immediately got a job as a scholar and got tasked with recovering lost tomes of knowledge for the library, a job she is still happily carrying out to this day.

Also, despite her extensive knowledge on the subject, Kyseele is not a very good spell caster. Most of her complex spellcasting is done out of combat where she has time to focus and concentrate on the spell. In combat she is usually her just channeling the raw magical energy that comes from her fiendish bloodline.
Outwardly, Kyseele maintains the neutral stance of her adopted state and considers herself above the petty squabbling of the nations. Inwardly, Kyseele sympathizes with the Verden and feels they have a right to have their own nation. She does not however agree with the violent methods they are using to achieve this goal and fears history repeating itself.
