Questing for rabbits is easy, just grab a thread and provide as much information as you want to about the rabbit you're trying to get. References and a fund goal helps, and inspires people to donate.
Don't be surprised if your quest doesn't take long to complete, many colorists love to do side projects when they feel inspired, and might grab your quest <3

How to Quest for a New Warren

We'll be happy to help.
- To quest for a new warren you'll need a LOT more information. First you'll need to describe WHERE this warren is exactly. Is it afield and closer to Nuthanger Farm? Perhaps It's along the river? In the woods?
- You'll also need an in-depth description of the structure of your warren. What kind of rabbit leads it? How are the Owsla run? What's the general feel to the warren? How does it differ from other warrens already out there?
- Resources. You'll need to be able to tell us where your Flay is coming from. If you're close to the farm chances are you'll have more raids, and probably higher death rates. If you're in the woods your food is probably foraged, but water will be easier to come by due to the river. With this one you'll probably be getting a lot of feedback from staff on how this will effect future events or problems we can foresee. We're not trying to discourage you, we're just trying to balance everything and keep the shop semi-realistic and aligned with the heart of the story.
- How does the warren develop? How did it start? Has it always been there, or is it new? We need a backstory we can weave into the shop as a whole.
- How does this warren effect the other warrens? Are they hostile to another warren, or do they try to keep the peace? What is their position and 'diplomatic relations' as it were, with other warrens?
- Who leads the warren? You'll need to have the first Rah figured out, even if they don't exist yet, and give us a in-depth description of him or her. This also goes for the Captain of Owsla, and who will be owning these rabbits. Keep in mind one person can only own one Rah and one Captain of Owsla across the whole shop.
- Who will be there? In order to be granted approval for your new warren, we need at least 15 rabbits that already exist that want to move to the new warren. This keeps populations spread out more evenly and reduces the workload on colorists. It also proves that there's a large enough interest in a new warren to merit the effort that will go into creating the lines, new subforum, and everything that it will entail.
- How many people are interested? In order to be granted approval for your new warren you'll need 5 individual people (excluding the thread starter) that have a serious interest in the new warren and would like to have a rabbit in it. At least one of these people have to be a complete newbie. To merit a new warren we need the shopbase to grow too, otherwise we'll have ten regulars and ten warrens.

I highly recommend having pose ideas for the lines as well. Have a welcoming thread where people can discuss your ideas and you should find the support you need in no time.
Once a warren has approval the process of creation will begin. This means the new lines have to be drawn, shaded, templated and everything. Then all the rules and regulations of the new warren need to be fleshed out, the new sub-forum in the guild made, info pages, a new cert, and a Meta event planned. Because of the amount of effort a new warren poses expect that only one warren will open every year. Perhaps two if the ability and want are there.
