Rescue 33; HAZMAT 32; Medic 32-1 ; Medic 32; Tanker 32; Engine 31-1, Engine 32, Hazardous Material transport vehicles collided on interstate 477 at the Gambino exit, be advised that one of the drivers is unconcious. "Lovely day to be back." Unkempt turned to his driver, as his bunker gear was tossed on. He hopped into seat, and phoned in to dispatch. Asst. to dispatch; Engine 31-1 is responding. as soon as everybody was buckled in, the engine was roared out of the station as unkempt pulled on the airhorn and stepped on the pedal for the siren.

This is Chief 30 to Dispatch....Responding as HAZMAT 32....ETA Expected Arrival in 15 Minutes, I need Fire Police out there "Engine 31-1 from HAZMAT 32, It's about time you came back!"

Fire police has been notified, chief 30. "engine 31-1 to HAZMAT 32, thanks dep, just like the old days!" Assistant Chief to dispatch, on scene. alert responding crews that we have a double trailer, one dry bulk the other is a liquid trailor,, seems to be collided with another tractor-trailer, placard on second vehicle is illegible. "Engine 31-1 to HAZMAT 32; Placard reads 1418 on dry bulk - 3319 on the liquid. Asst. To Dispatch, call off engine 32. Not safe enough unkempt jumped off of the apparatus as it screamed to a hault within 50 yards from the accident. He ran to the rear compartment and grabbed his helmet, he and the man behind him, John, ran to inspect the damage. As he was walking toward the accident, he followed the ERG and assumed the worst. Through his SCBA, he spoke through his radio. "Asst. To crews - set up a 300 Meter clear zone, we're going to assume the worst and act as if it were happening.

HAZMAT 33, the Deputy's en-route with 5. "HM33 to E31-1, can you break two guys off to help my guys set up decon once we arrive?" Spectre asked as he was clearing his driver to proceed out of the station. "Also, HM32 will be getting out momentarily, and Durem County has been advised of the situation and will be scrambling their HAZMAT rig if need be."

"31-1 ; send two guys to assist HAZMAT with decon. HM33, Send me a suit if you can. Structural gear is useless."
Unkempt got closer to the wreck as he was able to see a whole in the rolled trailer with the Nitroglycerin mixture.
"spectre, it looks like well be ********. one trailer is puntured on drivers side, halfway back. moving back due to the liquid."
Unkempt faced the accident and walked backwords, slowly, knowing that if heat, it could explode at any second.

"I hope you have emergency decon set up, because you just screwed yourself by entering the hot zone!" Spectre said as he laid on the Q. HM33 to Central, can you go ahead and get me an additional Engine on this call, as well as the MCU?

Unkempt sighed, then looked back towards his engine. "Eng. 31-1 , move back, allow room for hazmat to set up closer. Get emergency deco moving." " 10-4 chf. 30, additional engine is en route. "Dep, the placard on the second truck is missing. the papers have to be inside, ill stay back, but do remember only one driver was reported unconcious!"

"Since you're already down range," Spectre was telling Unkempt, "If you can reach him, make the grab. It's your call." HM33's on scene, setting up HAZMAT Operations.

"Can you grab an extra pack and mask from the truck then? Im gonna grab him and bolt."
Unkempt checked his surroundings, exhaled deeply, and continued forward. He made a cross-pattern to escape the liquid from the ground, so he wouldnt have had to worry about a hazard. He moved slowly, and kept checking his surroundings, trying keeping a safe pace away from the Nitroglycerin. He sighed of relief once he passed that trailer and started working to the back of one, about 60 feet from where he was.

"Unless you're running out of air, there's no way I can risk sending a man downrange with a spare pack." Spectre said to Unkempt as he started to draw up a plan to mitigate the incident.

unkempt looked at his air pressure and then realized how stupid of a comment that was. "When the next engine gets here, is what i meant."
Unkempt kept treading slowly, using his hand to feel his way up the side of the truck as he reached the cab. he tugged on the handle and it popped open.
"Got him, drivers slunched over, gash in his head."
John climbed into the passengers seat and grabbed the shipping papers. They cut his seatbelt off, and unkept put him on his shoulder and ran towards the rest of the crews.
"Stay with me, stay with me, stay with me, stay with me" was all he could think, as the mans breaths felt fainter

HAZMAT 32 to all units on scene, We will be there in 5....Give me a status report once I arrive on Scene "HAZMAT 33 and Engine 31-1 from HAZMAT 32....I had to rush out so there's only a crew of 3 including Me....Do we have any Fire Police out there to help secure the scene?"

10-4 HM32 Unnkempt heard the radio chatter, but he still had a distance to run. It was getting hotter and hotter in his mask, and his mouth was getting dry. All he could think was Left right left right left right left , spacing out his steps enough so he could try to run quicker. John was quick behind. "Keep going, Assistant!" unkempt heard him yell through his facepiece, as they ran together. Unkempt freed a hand for a second and squeezed the button on the front of his strap for his SCBA. "HM33, hows decon setup coming along? any plan to attack, yet?"

"Decon's set up, have the wounded go through first, then you guys." Spectre said to Unkempt as he was reviewing his map. "Waiting to hear back from the weather idiots on the current pattern."
