Does anyone find me weird for loving the Title Screen music in Phantasia? It's so...Majestic, as well as magical, and seems to just proove how amazing the game will be once you hit the "Start game" button.

"Premonition" the title screen music for ToP was never changed.
There were only two tracks that were changed... or rather switched, and they were in the GBA version (Japanese anyway). "Dark Cave" and "Retaliation" are different from their SFC/PSX counterparts.
I'm not listening to any Tales music right now... I finally found MP3s of my FAVORITE videogame OST so I've been listening to select tracks from it. (It was for the PSX)

I dunno, Premonition is good but... Tales of Destiny 2's title screen is just so... sextacular! biggrin Really captures the whole 'holy crap, snow!' thing.
Actually, ToD2's soundtrack as a whole rocked everything.

..Well, I didn't really like Destiny 2's title music. (though the battle themes are sextacular. biggrin )
...I know you guys may hate me for this, but I *really*, *really*, *really* don't like that one instrument that's used in a lot of Tales games lately. It was used in Destiny 2's title screen, and the Village of the Elves in Symphonia. I can't really explain it...But it's like a really loud and soft humming noise that's most dominant over all the other instruments. I just can't stand how it sounds. gonk

Tubular bells?
That means you must also hate, "Beat the Angel" as that instrument carries the majority of the melody.
