As a dishwasher. Making some money. Since my money has no dedicated purpose, I'm going to save up and buy a new computer. A ridiculously nice computer. 2100$ of nice computer.

I could post links to the parts I'm going to use. Which Windows? 7? 8? Links would be cool. surprised I've been wanting to build a computer for a while now, so if you don't mind it'd be neat to hear about your project.

I want to build a dual-boot system with windows and mac that has a sick processor, sick RAM, and a hella good graphics card ho I can do HD animation on it.
I don't know anything about computers though so I have no idea where to start.

Was a little worried it was too harsh, but I've been dying to link someone thing since Thatcher died and the link was tweeted as a response to all the 'who was Thatcher' tweets. xD

That said, I think I need to actually talk to someone in person about my computer building because of how little I know about computers.If you give me what you'd like, and how much money you're willing to spend, I can help you put one together. Maybe not the physical part, but the theoretical computer.

I need something for HD animation that's capable of live editing multiple layers [like 4-18] at 1920 x 1080 with minimal proxy use and that has both Windows and Mac OS.
My friends went on about graphics cards, processors and something about needing at LEAST 16 gigs of RAM. Like, the bare minimum is 16.

Ram certainly is important in rendering s**t.
What's going to be difficult is making a system that can both run Mac and Windows without things getting all weird.
