So, today in Social Studies, we were talking about the Sahara Desert. She tells us that it is continually growing! Infact, all the deserts are, all around the world.
Death Valley here in CA is growing bigger. Salt Lake [in Utah] is only about half of it's original size because of this desert thing.
You know what that means? The world is literally drying up! gonk Of course, it'll take quite a good many years to dry up the world, but I'm just saying.
Did any of you know this? I didn't know about it until just today.

that is weird...I've never heard of that! To think that I live in Utah and haven't heard that about Salt Lake... rofl guess I had better pay more attention. Hmmm something to ponder, trully! To think that the whole world is turning into a big desert! hope I have enough sunblock! rofl I don't want to get burned, that would be painful! mrgreen

Though I don't think any of us will get to whitness something so terrifying as the end of the world, do you think this is how it's going to end Emmerz? Or do you think that us humans will find ways to survive in the desert that will be our world?

xd I really don't think she will. Mrs. Plank gets so off topic sometimes...She'll be talking about France, then, 15 minutes later, be talking about Marble. Seriously, she's done that before...Except she wasn't talking about France...But she did talk about marble... whee
