Even though the Housing District may seem quite lively and less colder, it doesn't change the fact that the region is still cursed with freezing temperatures.
So why not get that blood pumping in a nice secluded training area? There are all sorts of training that happens here, some people like to sit and meditate, or practice genjutsu, while others just want to beat the living s**t out of eachother.

"Naive..." he said simply making a quick step backward to avoid Yasujiro's attempt. In that step his true speed became apparent...in less than a second he had put a solid 10 feet between them with what seemed like minimal effort.
Anticipate, don't react...you need to fast enough to avoid and escape until you have a sense of the enemy's rhythm... Once you've found their pattern... anticipate and counter. he said calmly...there was a specific tone of guidance in his voice and it was devoid of condescension or frustration. He wanted Yasuhiro to focus on what he could do to improve rather than what he could not accomplish.
For someone like Koto who was physically incapable of performing Nin or Genjutsu, this was a healthy mindset to have. Without further pause Koto rushed towards Yasuhiro purposely passing him at his top speed and slashing as he did though intentionally missing with his blade. However as he did the strike it self broke the sound barrier creating a sonic boom that generated a loud sound that could be heard for some distance like the roar of a great beast.

Yasuhiro Wasn't too surprised when Koto evaded. As he explained his mindset Yasuhiro raised an eyebrow. It certainly makes sense I suppose. He thought. Reviewing what he had seen of koto's fighting style over the course of the exams it wasn't very dificult to discern his style. In fact it was almost too easy...
As Koto came in for the slash he would notice Yasuhiro already moving aside even though the slash would miss. As he did he held his arm out but koto was too far away and his fingers barely missed his side. As Yasuhiro came up to his feet Koto would be able to see he wasn't using his Sharingan any more.
"Alright I think I understand your style, your rythm. You attack head on using your superior speed and strength to overwhelm your opponent. I won't lose." he said readying himself. "Final push Senpai, This time I will get you with my genjutsu." he said with a grin. With a few quick hand signs he prepared his technique, "Ni, Uma, Hitsugi, Ushi. With the Gaurdians keys I release the locks..." He whispered. Now all it would take now was a single touch of his hand.
Spreading his legs out a bit he placed one arm by his side in a tight fist. Then he raised his other hand in an open palm at Koto. He knew how koto fought, but that meant nothing, he could easily change his tactics now that he was aware of Yasuhiro's plan. Even more easily he could probably overpower him still. Still he needed to be ready, if he wasn't he could very easily die. He would need to be quick.

"OIY!"
As the two sparred a man seemingly appeared out of this air; the man was extremely tall and lanky, almost like a skeleton that towered about the living. A rather well built one however; like he was made of steel and stone rather then flesh and blood.
It was odd, had he been sitting there the whole time, or had he appeared when they hadn't been paying attention; it was hard to say; though unless you were looking directly at him he seemed to vanish as though he was an illusion, though when you did happen to look directly at him; he seemed to instantly become the center of attention. "So Youngin, I'mma take it you's be used to a sword rather than ya fists" As he said that the man jetted a thumb in the boy's direction.

"Your first cut..."
It was with significant effor that Koto avoided putting him self off balance with his miss. Even though he wasn't exactly going all out there was a small amount of frustration at missing his target. That frustration was mixed with pride. His Kouhai was improving and learning his opponent's rhythm. As Yasuhiro's next attack missed by mere inches he knew that his opponent was steadily improving. When Yasuhiro spoke it seemed as if he was getting the point of the training quite nicely.
Koto decided to turn things up a notch and push Yasuhiro further...as close to the edge as possible.
"It seems your ready...very well. This will be my final attack as well..." he said solemnly as he took a formal stance. His sword was low and by his right side as he held it with a two handed grip... a man with the destructive power to plow through a boulder with his bare fist was using a two handed strike... part of his hope the Yasuhiro would avoid it. With out another word he charged forward moving far closer his top speed than he had been. Then he stopped.
"OIY!" he heard
He turned and looked at the somewhat imposing figure sitting there...
"Yasuhiro... Be careful...we don't know if this guy's a threat or not... " he said as the back side of his sword was a mere inches from Yasuhiro's torso. He slowly sheathed his sword, but kept his hand close to the hilt.
"...should be your last"

Yasuhiro readied himself for Koto's attack however before anything could come of it they were interupted by a man on the building nearby. Koto mentioned the guy being a threat but ashiro seemed at ease. "Well he hasn't attacked us yet so i highly doubt he's hear t cause a scene." he said.
Turning to face the man Yasuhiro nodded to his question, "Yes I recently... returned the sword i was given. I am Yasuhiro, a chunin. I'm afraid you've got me at a disadvantage, you are?" he asked politely introducing himself.

"Ya, be fine. There ain't no fun in attacking a couple of Pup' now is there" He said looking the two over for a moment, before grinning slightly; showing a set of perfectly white teeth; though they did seem more animal like than human. "As fer' me. Mah names no importants. At least it ain't for the time bein. So.... about wha, I said; I'm guessin that was correct" As he said that the man looked at the weapon in Koto's possession and almost winced as he saw it.
"So, Lon' story short, I'm looking for sum,...... assistance for a wee project I'mma workin in"

Koto raised an eyebrow as tapped the handle of the sword impatiently. He wanted to know who this guy was... He seemed as though he could be as harmless as he could be dangerous, which in and of it self was the most dangerous thing. One thing was certain though...this guy wasn't a weakling... but why the reaction to his sword?
"What kind of project?" he asked staring hard. It wouldn't do to get roped into something troublesome, but the more information the better.
He also had Yasuhiro to consider. If there was a trap in place or something suspicious going on he didn't want harm to come to his Kouhai. so for now he listened and waited.
"...should be your last"

Yasuhiro seeed to grow more reserved as the man refused to give his name. However as he asked for assistance Yasuhiro grinned. "Well everyone seems to be looking for help with something recently. The question here is what your "Little project" is and why me being familiar with swords has anything to do with it. Thats if it even has a relevence and wasn't just a conversation starter." he said crossing his arms over his chest.
"Everyone wants something done. and everyone has their own goals. I am currently on the edge of a breakthrough in my own training. It's not everyday you create an entire new fighting art." It was hard to tell if Yasuhiro couldnt sense any danger from the man or if he was just very good at hiding his fear. Either way he didn't appear at all intimidated by the man. In fact he seemed almost in control. "So I think we deserve to know a bit more then that you need help." he said with a dry smile.

The main remained in the same position that he had been in before the two boy's had replied, watching them as they spoke. "Asfer' wha kind of work" He said thinking for a moment. "Tha' Really depends on ya" He said simply before standing up and stretching his arms far above his head; leaving the sword that he had been holding sticking into the ground. The man's massive stature looking more like a Titan than human. Easily standing over 6'10.
"But if' ya dun'wanna. I will get someone else do to it, and ya can keep practicin, yer little dance" He said before crouching over and grabbing the sword that he had stuck into the ground. "As fer me, I said i've been lookin, not needin' help. I'm simply ya the job" With that the Beast of a man turned and started his way out of the training pond.

Yasuhiro smiled at the mans response crossing his arms over his chest. "Allright I'll place that in another way, I don't take assignments of any sort any longer without a bit more knowledge. I nearly caused the death of the clan lords daughter last time i did so. So you'll have to excuse my caution but I have my reasons. If you can't divolge any more information you can go find someone else." he said calmly.
As far as he knew this man wasn't even uchiha, though he doubted he wasn't considering they were in the middle of a Uchiha stronghold. Then again perhaps this man was going to help him get a new sword. As helpful as that could be though he needed more information. He wouldn't be anyones fool again.

The man paused for a moment before giving off a faint shrug. "Well if ya ain't trustin. or brave enough ta just accept, then ya wouldn't be the right person for the job I got in mind" He said looking over his shoulder. "I will go'en find someone else to do this fer me. Go back to play'in" As he said that the man started out of the area, with the size of his gate he would be gone in a matter of moments. If Yasu wanted this mission.... It was now or never

Yasuhiro sighed pinching the bridge of his nose. Bravery huh? If only he knew. he thought reflecting back on the chunin exams. Adjusting his scarf he turned and in a quick jump was standing beside the man nearly dwarfed by him in size and stature. "Fine I'll come along, I seem to have hit a small snag anyway and some mission time could be just what i need to work through it." he said in a slightly annoyed tone.
Looking up at the man he shook his head. "If at any point I deem your actions dangerous to the clan I won't hesitate to respond with lethal force. You understand. I would expect the same from you." he said calmly. Looking out over the area he noticed Koto was gone, probably having run off. "So what are we doing." he said coldly.

As Yasukiro spoke the man stopped and looked at him, raising an eyebrow slightly because letting out a boom laughter. "tha's Funny kid" He said before wiping a tear away from his eye with his forearm. "Aite then, I need ya to answer a few questions" He said before turning around completely. "Wha's more important, an unstoppable offence, or an unbreakable defense"

Yasuhiro was taken aback as the man said he had to answer a few questions. "Um... well..." he paused giving it some thought. He thought back to the exams and Sessouressu's spear. It's power was unbelievable, but after he fired it he had passed out. As far as he knew he still hadn't woken up. Then his mind drifted to the destroyed village, his mothers arm pale and bloodied beneath the rubble. Then finally Yui and her relieved smile when she had seen he was alright.
With a happy smile he looked up at the man, "An unbreakable defense, even if you can slay a thousand enemies it means nothing if you still die. You can still protect others if your still breathing. You can still fight..." he said confidently.
