Sis where does it say that exactly. My talents (all of them) involve children in some way. I am17 as well and I want to be a mother. motherS would be godly as well.hmm.....
Matthew 19:11 11 Jesus replied, “Not everyone can accept this word, but only those to whom it has been given. 12 For there are eunuchs who were born that way, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others—and there are those who choose to live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.”
But I think if God gave us a love for children He made us to be mothers. I hope so.

In addition, as MiracleRayray2 said. Mother is godly too.
Mother have the godly mission to make sure that our children will grow to love God and thus the Word of God won't be reviled. Our job is like making sure that the arrow in our hands (that is our children) will hit the target destined by God.

and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.Moreover, God loves excellent mother!
Proverbs 31:10 ESV -"An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels."Therefore, it is important to understand our calling as each role has its wonderful godly purpose
