no one ever goes to the "new cosplay town" its always dead empty there
Two reasons.
1.Towns 1 is still up, therefore more people go there instead. Once Towns 1 closes, more people will move to Towns 2.
2. There's a layering system that works for Town 1. Say you're in cosplay towns and there's nobody there but you. You might be on one layer (green layer} however, there might be someone in that exact same town in another layer (blue layer). And maybe someone else in ANOTHER layer. What may actually look empty to you, might not be like that for others.
I'm currently investigating whether the mods will remove the layering.
