One of my friends and I are both trying to learn chronokinesis, but it is very difficult. Are there any suggestions at all that you may have to help us? We've tried every site, but get very little effects. Any personal advice that could help us?

First off, do you mean cryokinesis, control of snow? If chronokinesis is control of time and that is what you are referring to, I'm not much helpl but I do have something to offer. One thing, what do you mean by help? Anyway, we have in the guild tallked about time bending.

Scratillion2 Chrono? Why? Playing with time is dangerous... I second that *can think of MANY reasons to stay away from it.* Although it would be nice to stop time for awhile so you can finish all of your homework assingments.

Do you realize what that would do to your pen? or your paper.... It would burn up cause you are writing so fast!

It would burn up cause you are writing so fast! yeah!! and it'd be manipulating multiple dimensions and everything around the world, so I'm sure it's gotta be hard... it WOULD be neat to be a chronokinetic, but think of what the pilly experiment did, it frign CREATED THE FRIGN BERMUDA FRIGN TRIANGLE!

Chronokinesis was the first ability I discoverd I had. Sadly, I can not control it. It reacts on its own. So I am not much help. But I do agree with the others. It is dangerous to toy with time. Yet, I am still curious about my ability. I am trying to gain control over it but I cant. I have somewhat control over it but only a little. I guess the first thing to do is to learn everything there is to learn about it....then start practiceing it....

As movie hero-ish as this may sound, I'm not particularly worried about practicing any form of psychic abilities. Or anything else for that matter. I may just be too stupid, but whatever it is I don't really worry that much. In any case I would like to learn more about chronokinesis, but if nobody can help then I am sure that my friend will understand, and I certainly do. Thanks anyways.

There are going to moments when you become fully aware of your situation and where you exist in the specific moment in reference to everywhere you have been during your life. In those moments, you can change your past actions by reliving them. Do be careful, you may end up dead because of some of the specific changes you make.

I have only worked with slowing down time, because its alot easier to do then say, reverse time, or completely stop it. I usually speed myself up, just because it won't have very big consequences for anyone else but me. Also my mind has tried to figure out what would happen (aswell as what would need to happen) for time to stop, and it would cause either alot of problems, or be a big waste of energy (because it wouldn't work). So just to start, you could try to speed yourself up (allowing you to do a little more with your time) at first, and then see where you want it to go from there. I usually picture clocks spinning around me (usually in a clockwise motion), having them spin faster (with their dials doing the same). That helps me get a little boost. Other than that, I don't know.

Chronokinesis (crow-no-kin-esis) Chrono means time so chronokinesis is the ability slow down or maybe speed up ones perception of time. You could read entire novels in less then one night you could get a better picture of things in a game or sport.
Chronokinesis is the power to slow down or speed up your perception of time. If you slow it down you will appear to others to be moving at superhuman speed and your talk will sound like gibberish but to you it will be like everything is slow motion. If you choose to speed up time, everything around you will seem fast and you will appear to be in slow motion.
First get a clock that ticks on the second and find a relaxing place. Then Listen to the beats and begin to realize that time isn't real. Now listen to the beats getting slow or faster. Do this for a few minutes and then listen, if the beats are closer or father apart you've done it. Practice this enough and eventually you won't need a clock.
Time Dilation
Step One First start by getting a pendulum or clock or something that make a ticking sound once a second. Then in your know time get comfortable and relax.
Step Two Now listen to the beats of the object, Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock, Then focus on this sound and listen for the spaces between the tick tock sound focus on the silence and blend your energy with the silence realize that man is not governed by time. Time is simply a concept created by man.
Step Three Now listen to the spaces between the beats, focus on the measure of silence getting slower and slower.
Step Four Do this for several minutes and then if the beats are getting longer apart from the next one you've done it! Now just keep practicing and eventually you will get to where you don't need a pendulum or clock.

The Zenogias There are going to moments when you become fully aware of your situation and where you exist in the specific moment in reference to everywhere you have been during your life. In those moments, you can change your past actions by reliving them. Do be careful, you may end up dead because of some of the specific changes you make. Enter the conundrum. If he somehow went back in time, and ended up killing himself, then he wouldn't have been alive to go back in time in the first place. If he couldn't have gone back to kill himself, he will be alive. If he is alive, he can go back in time, and kill himself. The worst that could happen is a complete and utter breakdown of reality as it tries to sort out the problem. In this example, it relys on a mechanical device. As we know, mechanical devices (being matter) are suceptible to psionic energy. Shouldn't there be a way to practice this that there isn't the posibility of not acutally practicing chronokinesis, but inadvertently only practicing telekinesis and slowing down the movements of the clock?
