The Kimchi Region's biggest and most well renowned fan club for everything Pokémon. People come here from all over just to show off and brag about their prized Pokémon. The Chairman in particular is a retired Coordinator who was very well known throughout Kimchi once upon a time. If you're lucky and catch his attention, you might just be able to coax him into giving you some special lessons for your Pokémon, provided you bring him some of his favorite Moo Moo Milk. Just be prepared for the long winded rant. The Fan Club is also in charge of the Job Request Board for trainers needing extra cash, so make sure to pop in if you're short on change.
[The Chairman is an NPC that your character can interact with and control. You may have your Pokémon learn a new technique for each bottle of Moo Moo Milk you bring him, keeping in mind their limitations. The Milk can be obtained from the farms in Tolkien Town. If you're willing to listen to his two post long rant, he will give you a Great Ball for your time.
The Chairman will also give you special battle items if you use his services enough, in recognition of your hard work. If you train with him three times, he will give you a Pink Bow for your Pokémon. Train with him six times for a Soothe Bell and finally, nine times for a Destiny Knot. Once you have trained with him ten times, The Chairman will give you a rare Eevee for your party.]
