Yohji walked into the bed room quietly and stared at the lump in the middle of the bed. The room was a mess. Clothes flung on the floor. Soda and beer cans all over the place. Fast food boxes on random surfaces. Shaking his head he went over to the lump and pushed it gently.
The lump moved slightly. A faint groan could be heard from the depths of the blankets. The lump curled it's self into a tighter ball. The occupant refused to come out of his blanket ball.
Shaking his head again Yohji goes around raising the blinds and opening all the windows in the vain hope that it might make the air breathable in the room. Walking back to the lump he grabbed the blankets and pulled them all off of the bed.
A rather disgruntled coon glared up at the cat. Flame colored hair was a complete rats nest. It would take hours to comb the mess out. His tail was almost as bad a mess as his hair. Off white shorts with a few holes in them was the only thing the coon was wearing. Hissing at the light he tried to dive back under the blankets to escape from the day.
Yohji quickly grabbed the coon and pulled him back out by his ankle. Making the coon sit in front of him he kneels down to look the other in the eye. "Schuldig. Stop this! You are being ridiculous. You are way above this."
Schuldig glared up at the cat and hissed again. Trying to push his hair out of his eyes he got his fingers tangled in the mess. "I seem to remember a certain kitty trying to commit suicide because of something like this!" he spat at the cat.
Yohji sighed softly and set about freeing the coon from his own hair. "It was a few things that almost made me commit suicide. A certain coon figured out what was going on and was able to help me gain control of my powers so that I wasn't drowning in other people's emotions."
Grumbling and a bit embarrassed to be stuck in his own hair Schuldig keep on glaring. "Don't make me regret that decision, kitty. "

Yohji shook his head again. Still trying to untangle the coon. Leaning back he frowned a bit while studying the coon's hair. "I think I'm going to need scissors to get you out of this. It's a real mess."
Schuldig's eyes got really wide, "You're not cutting my hair!! It's perfect!"
Yohji rolled his eyes. "It's a un-tameable mess. Sort of like you. I'm not going to cut it all off. Just enough to free you. Or did you want to keep on going around caught in your own hair? How are you going to masturbate?"
Schuldig grumbled to himself as he watched Yohji get the scissors and a comb and go to work on his hair. "Why are you thinking about me masturbating?"
Yohji shrugged as he worked. Cutting as little hair as he could manage. "I was trying to think of something more terrifying than this room. There. No go take a shower so that we can work on getting you look like a coon and not a furball."

Schuldig's lower lip stuck out in what looked suspiciously like a pout.
Yohji pointed at him, "You look like you're 5 when you do that. Now stop it and shower."
"But..."
"No buts! Shower now!! Or do I have to hold you down and dunk you?" Yohji growled finally getting towards the end of his patience with the coon.
Glaring Schuldig got to his feet and with more attitude then you would think a filthy fluffball would have he stormed into the bathroom.
Yohji looked around the room and rubbed his temples, "What a mess" he muttered to himself. Shaking his head he grabbed one of the trashbags he had brought in with him and started throwing things away. After a few minutes of this he turned towards the bathroom and yelled, "I don't hear the water running, Schu . . . don't make me come in there!"
"I'm using the toilet if that's all right with you!" the coon yelled back. Flushing the toilet he turned on the shower. Pulling off his shorts he opened the bathroom door and threw them at the cat. Hitting him in the back of the head. Slamming the bathroom door shut he stepped into the shower.
Yohji picked up the shorts with one finger. Wrinkling his nose he tossed them into the trash bag as well. "Childish, very childish. Are we absolutely sure he's older than me?"
Meanwhile in the bathroom the coon stands under the hot spray of water doing his best not to think. He was now in the same boat of Kudoh. Both of their mates had disappeared off of the face of the earth. Even with all his telepathy he couldn't find Farfarello. He didn't like it one bit. Not even Aisling had a clue to the demon's whereabouts.

Tilting his head back he let the water hit him in the face. He shook his head trying to push away thought of his missing mate. Nobody could hold the demon back so if he was gone it was because he wanted to be.
Grabbing the shampoo he worked it through the rat's nest he called his hair. Getting it as lathered as he could he washed the shampoo out and grabbed the conditioner.
"Use a lot of that and let it sit for a while. It's going to take a lot to fix all the damage you've done to your hair." Yohji said from the doorway.
Schuldig jerked and swallowed his scream. He hadn't heard the cat come in physically or mentally. What was wrong with him? He was one of the most powerful telepath's on the planet. He should have heard the cat.
Yohji snickered at the muffled squeek he heard from the shower. Striding over to the shower he threw open the curtain to look at the coon. He fought to control his laugh at the shocked look on the coons face. He knew he would never live it down if he did laugh. Giving the coon a quick once over he nodded to himself. "You need food and some sun. I'm going to nuke your room. When you're done here go outside and eat"

Schuldig glared at the cat. He could tell that the other was trying not to laugh at him. He narrowed his eyes slightly but decided not to make a comment. Grabbing the curtain he yanked it closed and went back to cleaning his hair. He grumbled to himself as he worked on his hair.
In the other room Yohji continued to clean. It really amazed him how quickly the coon could destroy a room. Then again he was one of the bad guys so destruction was a skill of his. Even though he did things that a good guy would do. Like helping Yohji out...the cat realized that he just didn't understand the coon.
Back in the bathroom the coon finished up his shower. Opening the curtain he gasped. His grandson, Aisling, sat on the toilet licking a knife. Schuldig caught his breath at the memories. Aisling took after Farfarello and the coon could have done without the reminder. Aisling blinked at his grandfather for a moment.
"I cooked for you, gran'ma. It's on the stove." leaning over the demonic catcoon hugged his grandfather and rubbed his nose against the other's. "You were always my favorite."
Aisling walked out of the bathroom. Moving over to his grandfather he started to help with the cleaning of the room. Glancing up after he threw away a few things he smiled and said softly, "He'll be fine in a bit, Grandfather. You'll fix everything."
Yohji smiled at his grandson. Reaching out he hugged him gently. "Thank you, Aisling. It's a good thing to know."

Schuldig sat down on the toilet for a moment. His heart ached at the loss of his mate but he was The Mastermind. A man that others feared. He didn't even know how many people he had killed in his life. He couldn't even remember when he started. He had killed and sold his body for money, food and information. Quite frankly he was getting tired of it all.
Slowly standing up he walked into his bedroom completely naked. He stared at Yohji for a moment then said, "My parents sold me to Estate because they didn't know how to handle my powers. All they wanted was the money they never cared about me."
Yohji leaned against his broom and studied the coon for a moment. "My mother was a drug accident. My father was his dealer. He started raping me when I was 6."
The two men stared at each other for a bit longer. "Kudoh, you're as messed up as I am."
The blonde smiled faintly, "It would seem so."
"Can we fix each other?" the coon asked with mild curiosity.
"Why?" Yohji asked, "Maybe we are as good as we are going to get. Why do we have to fit into other people's idea of normal? All that matters is that it works for us."
". . . that is one of the smartest things I've heard you say, Kudoh."
"Schuldig?"
"Ja?"
"Put your clothes on and go eat." Yohji said as he gently smacked the coon on his a**.
Schuldig stuck his tongue out at the cat and went back into the bathroom to get dressed. He actually felt a bit better.

Schuldig studied himself in the mirror. He smirked at his reflection. I'm still hot. So Jei left. I don't need him. I've got a kitten to finish corrupting. He gets dressed and fixes his hair. It was a little shorter than ususal but not too bad. Kudoh was good as his word. Walking out of the bathroom he went into the kitchen to eat.
Yohji leaned against his broom watching the coon walk towards the kitchen. The cat smiled faintly to himself as he went back to cleaning. He had noticed the faint smirk and was rather glad for it. It was good to see him returning to his normal self.
Aisling studied his grandfather thoughtfully, "It's ok to be broken, Grandfather?"
"I don't think Schuldig and I are broken, Visionary. We have bent, cracked maybe even lost small parts of ourselves but we are not broken yet. Our way of functioning is different than others but others haven't had our experiences so that's not so surprising." Yohji said.
Aisling blinked, "Visionary?"
Laughing Yohji ruffled his grandson's hair, "It's a good name for you."
Aisling grinned back at his grandfather. Glancing towards the door he noticed his grandmother leaning in the doorway eating his lunch. The raccoon had a thoughtful look on his face.
"What happens when you lose a piece?" Schuldig asked.
"You keep on going forward." answered Yohji. "As long as you're going forward it doesn't matter how you do it. You keep on looking for someone or something that can fill the lost part for you. When I lost my mate YOU filled that whole for me Schuldig. So now I'm here to try to fill the hole you have from your mate's leaving."
"Oh, I've got a hole for you to fill, Kudoh." smirked the Coon. "GRANDMA!" exclaimed Aisling. "This is serious."

Schuldig wrinkled his nose at his grandson. "I was being serious."
Laughing Yohji shook his head and continued to clean, "He wouldn't be Schuldig if he had said anything else. Now then, Visionary, would you please take these trash bags out side?"
Aisling grabbed the bags and left the room without a word.
Schuldig studied his grandson as he left, turning to Yohji, he raised a brow, "He was a lot less sane when he was younger. Is that your doing, Kudoh?"
Shrugging his shoulders Yohji continued to clean. "He was raised with a lot of crazy people. Maybe all he needed was an example of a sane person to find his own sanity. Who knows? I didn't try to change him if that's what you're asking."
"Hmmm," murmured the coon. He knew it was completely possible that Yohji HAD used his powers to fix Aisling without even realizing he was doing it. The cat was more powerful than Schuldig had let on. He yelps in surprise as his bedding is flung at him.
"Go put those in the wash. Or better yet burn them. They're gross." ordered Yohji.
"When did you become the boss of me?" queried Schuldig.
"Since you decided hiding in your room was better than facing the world." Yohji answered.
"I wasn't hiding!" an affronted coon exclaimed. Noticing the look Yohji gave him for that comment he muttered, "I was licking my wounds."
"Yeah . . . right." Yohji points to the bedding, "Don't make me repeat myself, Schu."
Grumbling the coon gathers up the bedding and heads towards the laundry room. A moment later he realizes what Kudoh had said. "SCHU?!?!"

Laughing silently Yohji moved to flip the coon's mattress and re made his bed with the bedding he had left in the hall way. Looking around the room he nodded his head. "Much better. This is now livable."
Schuldig stormed back into the room. "You are not my boss and my name is Schuldig. SCHULDIG! Or Guilty if you can't say that. I am not here . . . mpppphhhh"
Yohji tilted his head slightly to deepen the kiss he had just planted on the coon. He reached behind Schuldig to grab his tail. He had been admiring it since the first time he saw it. Slowly pulling away from Schuldig he looked into rather dazed emerald eyes.
"Wah?" Schuldig said. "Kudoh?"
Yohji rubbed his nose against the other man's nose and purred at him.
Schuldig blinked not quite sure how to handle an affectionate cat. Slowly wrapping his arms around the other man he leaned in for another kiss. This time he kept control of it. And the cat let him.

Before Schuldig realized it the two were wrapped around each other on his bed making out. The coon really didn't have any complaints about it. He hated to admit it but the cat was a better kisser than he was. And damn him Kudoh's purring was one of the sexiest things he had ever heard.
Yohji kept on purring at the coon. He had always loved kissing and cuddling. It was a habit he had to give up while he was with Ran. He was rather glad he could get back to it with Schuldig. And he could FEEL what the coon was feeling. He knew how much he was enjoying the attention.
~~A Couple Hours Later~~ Aisling hadn't heard anything from his grandma's room in a while. Curiously he peeked into the room to see what was going on. He grinned at what he saw. Schuldig's head was tucked under Yohji's chin. Yohji's hand was tangled in the coon's bushy tail. Schuldig had Yohji's tail in his hand. Both men were sound asleep. Decided to leave the two to their rest Aisling slipped back out of the room.
