I have seen all over the internet that to increase your vertical you should exercise your glutes and your hamstrings, but no website or video has for how many minutes a day, if you could help me, it would help a lot.

Just do enough leg work outs that work on improving your vertical until you feel you've got a good work out in. You know your body the best, so challenge it as much as possible. A good workout to improve vertical is jumping rope and squat jumps

when working out I believe a good whole hour is a good day but if you are asking about how long you need to do one exercise. I say 5 minutes of one then rotate into another one for five then back to that for 5. Also if you could if a mad cat machine will help alot. It help me out so much. I went from barely touching the rim to dunking in a month's time.
