Since I am lazy and don't pass out uncerts automagically, and I'm also known to miss requests in-thread, here's a handy guild thread you can request uncerts at.
To request an uncert, the bare minimum I'll need from you is the current cert of your Kage. Just post in here what you're looking for. If you have other info like parents' names or if it was a flatsale, auction, etc. Kage that all halps me too~!
