Most of my ideas are meant to be for an ongoing storyline and can be good filler between major events. They can be done at any time. If you wish to have any of my factions or characters involved with an event, feel free to send me your ideas.
I may have an ally and enemy point system depending on what your character does. I don't know yet. It might be too complex.
Colony Raid A small town on an isolated planet is under attack by raiders. The local population has contracted Logan's Chargers to protect them. Fight alongside the Chargers or try and pillage the village if you're the bloodthirsty sort.
Colony Evac The Chlorid are assaulting a small colony. The force is far too large to fight off completely, but the idea is to get as many refugees offworld as possible. Players will be assisted by a small Byzantine force.
Secure the Relic Greater Byzantium is sending in a strike force to secure some Roman ruins. Among these ruins is the piece of a superweapon Supreme Imperator Remus started building but was unable to finish. Steiler's Legion wants this relic as well and has deployed their forces to take it before GB does. Players can help either side, attempt to destroy the relic or even try and take it for themselves.
The Ancient Gate Aeyghrus cultists are working to power up an ancient demon gate to strengthen their forces with unholy creatures. Steiler's Legion has been deployed to wipe them all out and destroy the gate. Players can aid either side.
Outlaw Uprising Some outlaws have been harassing a merchant lord's freight convoy. Logan's Chargers has been contracted to deal with the problem. Players can help Logan's Chargers or the outlaws.
Infestation A space colony has been overrun by Chlorid shamblers. Players have a limited time to rescue the survivors before a Byzantine armada arrives and destroys the colony.
The Battle of Hera Pt. I The Byzantines have set their sites on planet Hera, which was once a Roman industrial center famous for producing the bulk of the old Roman fleet. The Byzantine Inquistion believes that there are blueprints to a super dreadnought among the ruins. Acquiring these blueprints would allow GB to start building more powerful ships to better combat the Chlorid and the Purge. However, the population of the planet is against any sort of foreign occupation and the first wave of Purge has been spotted on the edges of the star system. Players can either help the Byzantines get the blueprints or help the locals fight them off.
The Battle for Hera Pt. II Version 1 If the Byzantines won the first part, they will then help the players fight off the Purge and secure the planet. With the superior firepower of GB, players will have an easier time fighting the Purge and will not encounter a boss. However, they may gain enemy status with other factions.
The Battle for Hera Pt. II Version 2 If the Byzantines lost the first part, then the players will fight the Purge with what's left of the local population. It will be more difficult and there will be a boss fight. However, players may have a chance to call for aid from Logan's Chargers, Steiler's Legion or the Aeyghrus cult, depending on what their alliance standing is.

Since we collaborated during the Dragonheart vs. GRE arc, I'd be more than happy to help along here if your ideas do go through. I still have Cort, who's a clanking cyborg now.
As my own own ideas, I'll list those later when I have more free time to get my thoughts together. Almost time for work. >.<

If I ever get around to redoing Alex's profile, I'll probably also detail his killer robot army at the same time. So that they could get involved in the fun.
Half-tempted to bring in Future!Alex but Future!Alex is OP. You know how his healing nanites are now? Imagine how powerful they are after a 100 years of upgrades. Yeah. Pretty much unkillable.
Anyways...
I posited the idea of Old!Brian being a d**k and kidnapping a bunch of domers to basically put them through a dungeon crawl of sorts. I have nothing worked out for that yet but I was curious if there was any interest for it.

@Rusty: Ooh...I wouldn't mind if Cort came back for some revenge. I wonder how he'll react to finding Remus has become a monster and his manipulative usurper of a brother is considered a hero in this day an age. XD
@Brian: Dungeon crawls are cool. So are kidnappings. Whenever crime happens, David gets paid.

David won't be paid if he's the one being kidnapped. =P
If I do set up the dungeon crawl thing it'll probably be designed around the characters who you people sign up for it. Oh, and expect party splits to happen. twisted
Hmmm... thought it might be less of kidnapping and more of Old!Brian saying Young!Brian got captured by them and he for one reason or another is unable to save him. So he grabs a bunch of domers to go rescue his young protege.
Even though it is pretty tempting to have young!Brian be a part of the dungeon crawling team.

Honestly, I don't like the idea of using anyone's specific canon for an event for the Battle Dome. I'm thinking of maybe using the Battle Dome and the surrounding area as the basis of the event I have in mind.
Basically, the Battle Dome is also a hub for people wishing to hire the services of combatants, whether it be bounty hunting, or some necromantic revival, there are requests of all kinds. My idea is an attempt to break away from the fighting aspect that most Dome characters seem to revolve upon.
I'm going to list the first couple stages of the event, as to not spoil things:
Stage 1: Basically, this would be a freeform RP with your characters learning of the job this person wants: For a team (or teams) of Battle Domers to check out a mysterious mansion that's been locked up for who knows how long. Basically, you can create your teams here, or choose to go it solo.
Stage 2: The Domers arrive at the mansion, but first need to find a way inside. This is a mix of freeform and some dice rolling, because I'll try to improvise a bit depending on how you guys try to enter. For instance, you could try climbing through the window on the second floor, if you wanted.
Stage 3: Depending on the method each domer/team used to enter the building, they'll find themselves in some form of encounter that will be difficult to defeat. People with supernatural powers in particular will find that their powers don't work within the walls of the mansion. Those who fail the encounter (a trap, usually) will be rendered unconscious and are taken to another section of the mansion, where they are stripped of their weapons.
Basically, at this point, it's up to the individual whether their goal is to continue figuring out what's going on or to escape the mansion. _________________
Some things that will take time for me to develop are the maps of the different parts of the mansion, clues to what's going on, and character-specific modifiers. I am trying to make things a more level playing field so we don't have someone-magicking their way through the entire thing.
I'm thinking of asking the participants to give me a characteristic of their characters they think is the most important and want to affect their rolls. For example, Visher's a weapon master, I might give him a +5 bonus to using weapons in combat and maybe a +2 if they are improvised.
It doesn't have to be combat related, because there will be other types of rolls involved.

I'd be down for the mansion thing. Probably use Young!Brian since he's pretty much my character to default to for event stuff at this point. And man. He is gonna have a hard time of it without his elemental powers because he does not have any weapons.
I thought about using Alex but... he's got too much tech on and in him that unless there was some form of anti-tech shenanigans going on he'd be too far superior to the magic wielders who have lost their magic. And if there was an anti-tech thingy he'd be pretty much worthless. He'd be down an eye. No weapons. His healing would be gone. His physical abilities would be decreased. Oh and his hair would no longer be stylish. Which is the greatest sin to be had. =P
And I think sometime this week I will both do Alex's profile and start writing up an outline for the dungeon crawl thingy.

It's not just magic users. Psychics, mediums, etc. are also effected. Basically, the idea is to knock everyone's super powers out of the window to make it an even playing field and focus more on the character.
That and supernatural abilities irk me, when they're used to solve problems. XD
