It has been hard to ignore the storm of reactions that have been careening across the internet over the last few days regarding Micosoft's newest addition to the Xbox family. With no known backwards compatibility, high price tag, online connection requirements, and odd restrictions regarding the sharing and resale of used games, the Xbox One has already stirred up quite a lot of controversy. Yet it is arguably Microsoft's most powerful console to date, featuring an amped-up AMD processor and a supposedly customizable operating system. Built to compete with devices such as the Apple TV, the Xbox One is being presented as an "all-in-one entertainment system".
