This thread will contain the sheets of all characters who enter and interact within the town or Old Ashberg and surrounding areas. (Basically this main forum RP.)

This particular post will be rewritten to include any character specific rules and reminders, as well as population notes, and potentially a linked character list. Posting restrictions will be discussed.

Normal (Humanoid) - Phaeton has red eyes which are slightly luminescent, is of a medium slender build with defined muscle tone, light red tan skin, black shaggy hair, and is usually clean shaven but occasionally lets stubble build. His clothing choices tend toward light neutral colored street clothing, jeans, t-shirts, sneakers or work boots, and when it's cooler out he may layer on a light jacket.

Trance (Tentative title) - Phaeton's eyes glow bright red, his hair shifts to a silvery blue color and electricity charges around him.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Personality: Phaeton is usually carefree and easy going. He usually doesn't like to probe people for answers and prefers a "live and let live" approach. If a fight does arise he's usually fairly energetic and determined, though also quite reckless. His voice isn't particularly deep or raspy, but matured. He usually speaks with an upbeat and optimistic inflection.

Powers and Abilities:
Strength - Under normal circumstances Phaeton can lift and carry up to 1100 lbs overhead. He can push or drag 2200 lbs with strain. The upper limits of his strength while berserk have yet to be tested but significantly exceed his base strength.
Speed - In good condition Phaeton can fly at speeds of up to Mach 2. In short bursts Phaeton can move faster than the eye can trace making him seem to vanish or appear as a faint blur.
Endurance - Phaeton can engage in very strenuous activity for up to half a day without exhausting as long as he is well fed before starting. This requires Phaeton consume up to three times as many calories as a normal human per day in order to keep active.
Regeneration - Common lacerations and contusions heal in minutes, severe lacerations and contusions heal in about an hour. Phaeton can regrow lost limbs and organs in seconds or reattach severed limbs to have them resume functionality. He can significantly accelerate this process while berserk.
Limited subatomic matter manipulation and acceleration - Phaeton can alter the states of matter or local gravity of inanimate objects telekinetically
Ki Manipulation - projecting offensively, defensively, and imbuing weapon attacks
Telekinesis - Phaeton can move and levitate multiple objects (Including himself) of indeterminate weight kinetically.
Phaeton is immune to Fire (though extreme temperatures can still be very uncomfortable), Plasma, and Electricity (additionally Phaeton can redirect electricity on contact).

Special techniques:
Trance: This rage-like state adds a significant boost to Phaeton's base abilities, as well as greatly increases his ability to project and control plasma, electricity, and ki.

Two gun berserk: Phaeton takes a second gun for his offhand and dual wields them while raging. Along with an increase to his regeneration and reflexes, he regenerates ammunition for his solid weapons and automatically overcharges his energy weapons, his firing rate, reloading speeds, and accuracy increase as he continues to fire.

proficiency in a few hand to hand combat styles (primarily focused on striking and professional wrestling moves)
one and two handed sword expert (He tends to monkey grip two handed weapons when there's little pressure.)

Storage Deck - a clipable electronic device which digitally stores most of Phaeton's firearms, ammunition, and personal affects.

Common Weapons:
Dark Flow - a two handed photon greatsword modified with a parasitic gene. The edges glow brightly yellow, while the fuller is black, ridged, and almost organic with streams of blue light traveling along the center. The cross-guard arcs upward toward the blade in a jointed claw fashion.
Greataxe - A single-edged two-handed axe with a crescent blade. Haft and blade are connected by a demon skull motif with a serpent head and spike opposite the axe blade.
HK USP - fires .45 auto rounds, has an attached under-barrel LAM
FN M249 SAW - fires 5.56x45 rounds, has a collapsible stock and carry handle.
MWG-Karasawa mk. III - a scaled down version of high-powered laser rifle used by armored cores. It's power and weight are proportional to it's gargantuan predecessor, making it difficult for human hands to wield.
TDT mk.IV "Peacekeeper" Flak Cannon - a dual action shrapnel and grenade launcher

Appearance:
Curst wears long black clean robes with a hooded cloak of similar color. he wears well kept blackened steel plate boots and black leather gloves with red circle designs drawn on the backs of the hands. Beneath his robe he wears a version of his favorite pair of corduroy trousers, and a white button down, long sleeved shirt. Being "dead" for so long, he is just old dry bones beneath his clothing. The red dots of light looming in the back of his eye sockets allude to his deathless state. His signature is his gilded luchador-style mask which has no face, but a magic circle with various symbols and shapes around it.

Alignment: Lawful Evil
Personality: Curst is a fairly lax old man as long as things are fine. He's slow to anger, but very unforgiving and ruthless when he's crossed. He tends to speak to himself when in thought processes and walks with an awkward gait. His voice is corroded by age, and has a slight echo to it due to the supernatural projection he is granted in undeath.

Powers and Abilities:
Endurance - Being undead, Curst does not exhaust or falter regardless of how stressful an activity is or how long it takes.
Immortality - Curst's body isn't indestructible, but as long as his phylactery remains in tact, damage to his bones will repair in time, and he will revive from complete destruction in a few days.
Curst is immune to cold and electricity, and possesses a greater resistance to undead turning. Negative, or necrotic energy temporarily enhances Curst's abilities and can be channeled into necromancy spells.

Special Techniques:
Paralyzing touch - Curst can temporarily immobilize enemies with a single touch.

Skills:
Curst has a mastery of all seven schools of arcane magic. His specialty is Necromancy. He much prefers to summon undead rather than living creatures or outsiders.
Curst has divine spell casting in the domains of Death, Law, and Magic.

Standard Equipment:
Spell book - Curst keeps a spell book with a dark iron jacket and binding chained to his waist.
Lantern of darkness - A seemingly normal bronze lantern which can create wide areas of deeper darkness or desecration when lit with an arcane flame.

Common Weapons:
Staff of Vile Necromancy - a long staff of blackened bones adorned with cracked runed skulls and blood-rusted chains at the top end. This weapon of sorts saves Curst on mana when casting his necromancy spells.
Spiked gauntlet - Curst's left hand gauntlet has spiked knuckles.
Hellgate - a short-barreled 12 gauge pump shotgun with a pistol grip. It has an attached 6 shell side-saddle holder, and strangely enough, an old fashioned scope. The metal barrel and frame are a brushed reddish color with bright red writing inscribed along the barrel. "Lasciate ogne speranza, voi ch'intrate"

Gender: Male
Species: Garou. (Werewolf of Old WoD rules, not nWoD or any random movie. Full cognitive capabilities while transformed, barring Frenzy)
Age: 26
Height: 6'3"
Appearance:

Human- Short brown hair, gold eyes, slim, but well defined muscles, usually sporting a goatee or 5'o'clock shadow.
Wolf- Reddish-brown fur, larger than most wolves, resembles a Dire-wolf of old.


Powers:
Werewolf- Can transform into 3 major forms and 2 in between forms of the 3 majors.
Homid -is human form.
Glabro - (in between form) Bipedal, does not possess obvious fangs or claws, resemblance to normal human ends there. Gains 150% body weight, all muscle, and 6 inches in height. Body hair becomes more profuse, teeth and nails elongate (not enough to do any real extra damage), brow slopes, Goll looks huge and menacing.
Chrinos - (War Form) Affectionately called the "Nine-foot snarling death-beast" form. Gains another 200% body mass, again all muscle, head changes to wolf's maw, fangs and claws fully grown and capable of dealing real damage. Arms become long and ape-like, Chrinos form can travel on either two or four feet, grows a tail for balance. Cannot speak human tongue beyond one to two words that sound extremely mangled. Speaks native tongue of werewolves easily.
Hispo - (In between form) The Near-Wolf form. Resembles a normal wolf much like Glabro resembles normal human, larger body, head almost the same as Chrinos. Weighs nearly as much as Chrinos (approaching 800 pounds). Can stand on hind legs, but prefers not to. Can manage one to two syllables of human speech with concentration.
Lupus - Full Wolf form. Shrinks to size of a normal wolf, completely indistinguishable from a natural wolf.

Super Strength: Even in human form, Goll is very strong. As a human, he can lift up to 500 pounds easily, and 750 with strain. In Chrinos, he can lift 1 ton without strain, and can throw a moving van with strain.

Super-Regenerative Powers: Can heal any wound caused by mundane means in a fraction of the normal time. Bruises disappear in minutes, and lacerations close within an hour or two, depending on how severe (A werewolf can take a bullet to the heart and still rip your head off). Broken bones heal in days, and severed limbs can be regrown in a few weeks. This only applies to wounds of mortal origin, however. Silver will cause wounds to behave like Goll were human (i.e. Cuts take days to weeks, severed body parts do not regrow without some other supernatural help) and certain magic attacks can as well.

Summon Item from AEther: Any item that is bound to Goll spiritually can be banished and called from the AEther at will. Spiritually binding an item takes anywhere from a night to a week of meditation to contact the spirit of the item and ask it's permission to be bound.

Step Sideways: All Garou are capable of piercing the Gauntlet that separates the material world from the Spirit world. This action is known as Stepping Sideways. It is easier in magically affected areas and harder in more materially centered areas. If there is a reflective surface that Goll can concentrate upon while attempting to Step Sideways, it is easier to do so. Anyone touching Goll can be pulled along with him to the Spirit World.

Summon Moonbridge: In the Spirit World, spirits have a way of getting around quickly. Being a Child of Luna, Goll can use the the Lune Spirits charm of summoning a Moonbridge to span incredible distances with a relatively short walking distance. Moonbridges have a problem of being filled with crazed Lunes during full moons, though, so it is best to avoid them at those times.



Skills:
Excellent brawler, beginning to learn structured martial arts of Brazillian Jiu Jitzu and Muay Thai (When you can punch through most people's skulls with ease, there's really no need to learn a real fighting style). Crack shot, lockpicker, slight hacking abilitly. Able to wield a two-handed weapon with a single hand due to natural super-strength. Knows many weapons due to extended mercenary training. Great vehicular knowledge, both mechanically and driving-wise.

Sawn-off shotgun
Twin-Desert Eagles with modified scopes and barrels to increase accuracy. One is imbued with a fire-spirit, making his shots from that one explode on impact, the other is imbued with a shadow-spirit, allowing his shots to strike non-corporeal entities that have manifested on the material plane. (All weapons work on entities in the Spirit World if brought across the Gauntlet.)
Avyer-Blue- A six-foot long Grand Klaive (Sword made out of silver for killing other Werewolves) with a single-edge ala Full-Blade style. The metal is extremely dense due to multiple spirits being imbued inside. Can Strike Non-corporeal entities that have manifested on material world.

Appearance:
Normal (Humanoid) - Phaeton has red eyes which are slightly luminescent, is of a pear shape build with little muscle tone, porcelain skin, silky very long raven hair. She commonly chooses to wear long dresses and flowing skirts which seem to make more of a fashion statement rather than be comfortable. Her predominant red and black choices came well before the demonic influence.

Devil Trigger - Phaeton's sclera turn black, her hair turns to a metalic white color, her skin takes a purplish tone, and a set of black and red bat wings emerge from her back along with a long whip-like black tail with a broad red spine tip. She gains fangs and claws like most demons, along with a pair of horns which emerge from her forehead and point backward over the top of her head.

Alignment: True Neutral
Personality: Phaeton is a bit dour and seems taciturn to strangers. She spends more time in calculation and observation rather than execution. Phaeton speaks with a low soft voice that sounds clear.

More objects and/or heavier objects require greater concentration and can lead to mental exhaustion if she attempts to move too many things or extremely massive objects. She can not use this ability to precision on unwilling creatures. Puppeteering requires complacency or mind control of the target.
Soul Absorption - Through touch or in some instances a ranged targeting (primarily during DT) Phaeton can drain the life force of a living target and siphon it for herself. Creatures killed by this drain ability decay more quickly, crumbling to dust in minutes.
Phaeton is immune to Fire (though extreme temperatures can still be very uncomfortable), Plasma, and Electricity (additionally Phaeton can redirect electricity on contact).

Special techniques:

Devil Trigger: This temporary state adds a significant boost to Phaeton's base abilities particularly speed and mobility. Her wings can twist and transform like shadows. With any weapons she possesses, she can charge with demonic energy as well as absorb and bend to new and devastating effects. The state raises her regeneration and ki significantly and grants her clearcasting to her demonic spells.

Soul Infusion: Phaeton can grant an ally a temporary boost in ability by infusing them with extra soul energy, much like she can do for herself.

Standard Equipment:
Spell book - Phaeton's spell book is a large thick tome with a hard black leather cover and cold iron edge trim and bindings. the front and back covers are graven with red demonic runes. Phaeton keeps this book on a short kinetic leash or stored in nearby dimension space when not in use.
The Book of Vile Darkness - Another large thick tome with covers made of stripped demon skins inscribed with blood markings, the binding is a face sewn crudely to the covers, and the edges are dark iron with a simple lock clip. Within it's pages are writings and magics of unspeakable evil.

Common Weapons:
Cocytus - a matte ebony death scythe with a stone demon face motif at the base of the curved edge and hanging chain. The opposite end of the haft possesses a spear like spike tip.
Typhon - a set of cat claws with black spiny scale guards. The blades glow a slight blue
Mephistopheles - a dark metallic three point greatspear. The blades have deep red runes and emit fiery heat and chilling cold all at once.
Shouren - a deep blue Adamantine katana with an engraved blade ridge and flat. The grip is white with ice blue braiding. The sword itself radiates with a chilling frost and adds a freezing effect to any techniques used with it.
SIG-Sauer P226 - fires .40SW rounds, is modified with tungsten sights
Hades - a heavily engraved O/U double barreled shotgun with mahogany furnishings and a pearlescent black finish, fires 12 gauge shotgun shells.

Appearance: Long wavy golden blond hair, green eyes, hourglass shape with significant leg muscle definition. She tends to dress more for comfort than anything else.
Personality: Lebia usually enjoys mischief and pushing people's buttons. She tends to be honest at heart and primarily puts herself first and her enemies last. Lebia has a somewhat high and slightly squeaky voice, matured only by physical age.
Alignment: Chaotic Good

Human - Short, rather lean-looking scrawny person. Long silky green hair, gold eyes, has no facial hair, often wears larger sized clothing.

Normal - Similar to human but with a large broad flower atop his head. His skin becomes slightly green, his hair becomes leafy, and he perfers his cloak and martial arts gi.

Divine - A larger more elaborate flower arrangement on his head, somewhat longer hair, he emits a constant visible aura of light energy.

Affiliation: Asgard (very loosely)

Abilities:

Shapeshifting - He can change shape between humanoid, animal, plant, and energy forms at will. He is only restricted to the form of a living thing or mass of living things when solid.

Appearance:
Human - Average height, with a skinny build, long silky green hair, bright golden eyes. She usually wears light, loose clothing.

Normal - She grows to a height of about 6'3" looking fairly similar to human but with a curled up iris flower bud on top of her head. Her skin becomes slightly blue-green, and her hair becomes leafy.

Affiliation: Asgard (very loosely)

Name: Gill (Pronounced 'Jill') Pierce

Age: 23
Gender: Female
Species: Human (Wolf-Blooded) Mage
Height: 5'7"
Appearance:Much like the avatar. Slim, long purple hair (kept that way by magic). Blue eyes.

Bio: Goll's younger sister, not a werewolf herself, although she does have wolf in her blood, allowing her to understand the Gaoru tongue.
(Will work on bio later, make it more detailed.)

Powers: Can manipulate Mana into various spells. Not overly powerful, yet, just beginning to develop her powers having just attained them about a year ago.

(Will define powers later, won't use uber-moves until they are established here)

Skills: Trained in Wu Shu and Jiu Jitzu for many years, having more discipline for training than her brother. This has helped her advance in her mage abilities quicker than most.

Skilled shooter. Everyone in the Pierce Clan learns how to handle a gun from a young age. Much stronger hacker than her brother.
