All I remember to this show was only this one episode. It was on Nick (I think). This dude was driving a tiny car (like a powerwheels) and it kept falling apart. Everytime something falls off he says "oh ,well who needs that" "oh that'sfine, I'm good" (slowly but steadily panacking as his little car falls apart). And I think he had little windsheild wipers on his glasses.
Sorry it is so horribly vague, but if anybody knows what I'm talking about that'd be awsome!

Check out the complete Nick guide...
Was it a half hour show or a short? Do you remember ghow the character/car looked? Was it a cartoon? Was it stop-motion?

No, it's Rock's Modern Life; I remember that episode...
Filbert tried to fix his car himself in that episode, and he kept screwing up- Rocko tried to help, too... funny episode.
