Thamin Hmmmmm..... *tosses only one for the moment until she can decide on who else* Duff: "You know.... You are becoming not only predictable, but annoying as well. If only you would ask I would willingly walk instead of being thrown." Nyhility Trygger: [Perks a curious ear and tests this theory.] Duff, would you like to walk with me? I don't know where yet....but that's ok, right? 8'D Thamin Duff jumped at the sound of Tryggr's voice; she had been surprised by his presence, so focused on the tossing two-legger she had been. She calmed immediately though when she realized who it was. With her head tilted ever so slightly she gazed in a confused manner at her friend, curious as to why he would be asking. Then it hit her - He had heard her words to the two-legger. "Of course I would!" She answered with a chuckle. "And no destination is perfectly fine - after all, it is not the destination that is important, but the journey that one has on the way to the destination." Nyhility Trygger: "Careful there, skittish much?" [chuckles and fwops her hind ankle with his tail.] "Is that so? I better have a goal in mind then, otherwise it will be a looooooooong and endless journey! So, how have you been since we last chatted?" 83 Thamin "Hey!" Duff exclaimed as Trygger caught her ankle with his tail, and in turn swatted him gently with the flat of her spade. "No... not skittish...." She added win a somewhat pouty manner before shrugging and chuckling to herself. "Though perhaps I should have a notice sign hanging from me. 'Warning: Lost in though; surprises easily'." She laughed at the thought, visualizing just how ridiculous she would look with such a thing attached to her, and at just how much Tickles would try to remove it. She tilted her head and raised a brow though at her friend. "Aww.... Would an unending adventure really be so bad?" She questioned before turning her gaze to the horizon, attempting to decide on a direction to start their wandering towards. "Oh... I have been well I suppose. I found Tickles but yet again he is off running about." She turned her gaze back to Tryggr with a nod. "I swear he does it just to make me worry." Nyhility Trygger: [Eeps as he is smacked with the flat tail, his heavy legs skipping him forward.] "Certainly looked skittish to me! But what do I know, haha. Hm, I really wouldn't recommend such a sign." [He frowns lightly to prove his opinion on the matter.] "I'd hate to see a Kalona take advantage of such an admittance, ya know?" Tickles, eh? He'd yet to have a chance to meet this mysterious little fellow. "Well, I guess we can begin with that as a goal? Is he difficult to find?" Thamin Duff chuckled, though she didnt coment on his own seemingly skittish behavior at her smack. "Ya'know... I could really take such concern as an insult if I wanted to. You really think Kalona's are that bad? Or do you think I couldnt take care of myself?" She chuckled and winked to prove her point. "But that would be if I wanted to." She stepped forward a bit, searching the ground for a brief moment. "You have no Idea.... I thought with him being blue and white eh would be somewhat easy to spot; but he is able to slip through the grass like a ghost it seems." She sighed softly. "I sometimes wonder if I only find him because he wants me to and puts himself out there to be found." Nyhility Trygger: [Lifts his brow curiously to her remark.] "Who's to say what is considered bad or good, really. But when it comes to pointing out some of the more daunting or our Equine family, Kalonas are pretty high on the list." [Shrugs to this fact, none at all bothered by it.] "If anything, it's almost like saying that badgers are not evil, but they all have a temper. I suppose." [Sweatdrops as he glances down suddenly, fearing to step on the small companion without realiing it.] "Sheesh, what a little trouble maker! Can he be easily bribed out with fruit, perhaps?" Thamin Duff nodded slowly as she listened to her friends words, quite grateful for his examples. Although she had shrugged of his previous comment, it had left her wondering about his opinion of them, and whether or not his opinion was swayed for her because of their friendship. Though that question had not been answered she was quite satisfied with his reference to the badger. But at the same time it also brought another question to mind, though this one was for herself only. Kalona's were naturally the way they were, it was in their blood. Would she one day express those traits even though she did not desire to? Only time would be able to tell the starry mare. She snapped back to the world and looked to the ground at Tryggr's hooves. "To be honest, I've never tried. I dont know much about what he likes or eats, he is quite a solitary creature; but when I was nursing him back to health he kept requesting a Pawpaw. I knew not of what he spoke of." Nyhility Trygger: [Flicks an ear as his friend goes into a long pause after his statement. And while he wasn't the type to get flustered easily, he began to second guess his own words.] "Something wrong? Granted, I am still younger than you...so I can imagine if you want to bop me aside the head for some of the things I say so bluntly." x'D "N-no offense though! Never!" [Shuffling to change the topic, the stallion pawed gently at the grass as if trying to disturb a cluster of butterflies.] "Really, in all this time? Might be worth the while, if it brings him out of hiding. Unless he's mad at you, do you think?" 8o "And I can't say I've ever heard of a Pawpaw before. Sounds interesting though!"
