Appearance: Short, slim, fair, and lightly freckled with medium length light pink hair, in which she almost always has two pigtails up. She wears a complicated looking off-white/pinkish dress with a gold ringlet belt and blueish/purple feather accents. Wears several beaded accessories, bangles, and other "fun" things that she can find, including a rotating array of natural floral touches. Despite not being particularly dextrous, she loves to dance, and is usually fumbling around in some way or other.
Background: Moxie is a recent transplant to the Tan Tali scene. A little over a year ago she just wandered into town, seemingly out of nowhere, and ran smack dab into the 800 Club. Discerning a variety of potential talents, the 800's took her in and began tutoring her in the art of...well, a lot of things. She has a natural affinity for people, for getting close to them and bringing out the best of them, the truth in who they are. It may have something to do with her brutal and unrelenting honesty. Moxie tries her hardest to always be who and what she is, no matter what, and that kind of energy can be a strength and a weakness. Frankly, if she weren't so good at handling people she'd probably have a lot more enemies than she does now. Moxie is open and free minded about most things, and she thinks it is most important to a person to follow what they think is right and best, even if it is a hard thing to do. She often straddles that line between neutrality, chaos, and lawfulness, adhering to certain strict rules while skirting around others, and ignoring some completely. But, she's always cheerful and can be relied on to be honest, or at least intellectually spoken, despite her sometimes deceptively bubbly nature.
