Bio: Xicor's story goes back to Dr.Gero's creation of the Androids and Cell. When Gero first collected the Saiyan DNA it was to create Cell the so call perfect being. After he had seen how easily Vegeta had destroyed Android 19 he soon realized that the Saiyan's where already the perfect being "Well almost". When he ran away from the Z fighters and retreated to his lair he activated a machine in a hidden bunker to begin the cloning process. With his conciseness downloaded to the Machines hard drive he began the long process of combining Goku's and Vegeta's DNA then targeting the segments of DNA that showed evolution and accelerated the growth of those parts to create the Ultimate Saiyan. With some of the alteration made to the Saiyan DNA one of the most deadly was genetic memory, Xicor has the collective memories of Goku and Vegeta up till the sample was taken. It took many years for Xicor to fully develop but now he is ready and will show the world the true perfection of the Saiyan race.

Next, they fly up and appears above the opponent using there speed to backhand punch them down to the ground, forcing the opponent to land in a push-up position to recover from the bone-crushing blows. Finally, the user appears behind the opponent and shouts "You're through!" as they blasts them away with a powerful Super Kamehameha or similar attack, inflicting a massive amount of damage
