xxxxx.ｈｅａｄｑｕａｒｔｅｒｓ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ The main hub of activity in the Eleventh Division, this is where operations and briefings are carried out, as well as training and work. Everything is located here for Division members, including a restaurant, a dining hall, guest rooms, a tea room, training areas, classrooms, offices, and a command center. Outside, there is plenty of space to fight or relax. Sparring is encouraged, but there are severe consequences for destruction of property here.

Hakora arrived, still in fox form and began secretly searching for Nocelle's office. He had always hated how Squad 11 was set up. Great fighters and essential members of the soul society, but when it came to organization they were lacking. After a long time of searching he found her room and snuck in. He switched back to human form once inside, fully clothed. He loved messing with Nocelle, but there was an actual important matter he needed her help with.

   Sauntering into the Eleventh Division Headquarters, Nocella made her way to her room/office hybrid. She didn't need an office and she didn't need a room...so she had turned it into a singularly useless room that she did nothing in. Certainly, it was as well furnished as the rest of her squad. But it was for formality looks only. Sliding the metal screen door shut behind her, she locked it so she wouldn't be disturbed. Throwing open the window to air the room out, she gave a fleeting glance outside before turning towards Hakora, leaning her butt on the edge of her desk. "Next time I catch you in here, i'll have the Sixth Division put a restraining order on you for violation of privacy." she said coolly. "Now what the hell do you want?" she snapped. He was wasting her time with these stupid antics of his.

Hakora just ignored her comment about Squad 6. He knew the rules and knew her. She was usually just barking with no teeth because that was her manners. He was use to her ways of handling things he reached into his robe and grabbed an unsealed envelope that Hakora usually receive evidence for investigations in. He handed it to her and spoke once she received it and his tone was serious. "I came to you for a reason earlier. I got a report of a captain desturbing the peace and knew it was you. I am in need of your knowledge. Inside that are pictures of some thugs in the lower district that have been slain. What is strange about them is their wounds. Their wounds are by a sword most likily and someone with real talent seeing how each wound is a vital point on the body. The burn marks also confuse me to make me think these could be zanpaktuo marks. I wanted your opinion here and to know if you know something. If these are renigade soul reapers there is only a few Squads with that kind of training in zanpaktuo and I have never had a soul reaper with fire based zanpaktuo."
OOC: I thought while we wait for the guild to fill up I'd make a side story about rebel soul reapers.

Nocella gave one look at the file and tossed it onto her desk, shaking her head in disbelief. "This doesn't concern me, it's your job. I was in the upper districts today, not the lower ones. And even if it was a Shinigami from my squad, you have access to files that no other squad does. Central 46 will give you the information on every fire wielder in the Seireitei." she said with a snort. "I'm of no concern to you, in your investigation. Besides, you think I have the time to see all my squad member's Shikai? I focus on swordplay, not Zanpakuto releases." she said, rolling her eyes. Besides, these kinds of occurrences happened every day in the lower Rukon Districts. Places of such poverty were the highlights of thieves and murderers. Tough luck.

Hakora grabbed the evidence before it landed and sighed as he stood and put it back in his robe. "Ah yes, can't bouther the Mistress with little things. I'll handle it then." Hakora turned and began leaving, but spoke as he was leaving. "just thought these people calling themselves the Karma demon disciples was up you alley, guess not."

Nocella gave another scoff. "Fine, i'll help with your charade. What've you got?" she said, crossing her arms. She wasn't really interested in her reputation. It was always bad to begin with. But a fight with wannabe vigilantes was something that was always up her lane, whether it was by coercion or not. It took more than a reputation and a title to get people to believe you. Anything that came from the lower districts was probably false. But then again, the Rukon patrol never failed to notice these things. Guess situations were pretty bad. She wasn't exactly favored in the Rukongai, due to...ah, past issues, but she supposed that she could be entertained just this once.

Hakora turned around with a smirked. It was very rare when he got through to Nocelle to where she wanted to work with him. He reached into his robe again and pulled out a black envelope with the investigation details. He handed it to her, but didn't expect her to read it. "I have had my eyes on them for a few weeks. They, on the surface, are your normal rebel group. They feel that the Soul Reapers are tyrants over them, but instead of peacefully talking to us, they kill innocents to get our attention. What I found interesting about them was they aren't untrained and they call them your deciples. Not out of respect, but to call you out. I can't figure out who their leader is, but they call the person the true kenpachei. With killing all of us, the leader also wants to kill you to have the title completely. I have orders to kill, but I assumed you'd want your blade to meet your fan."He probably didn't need her help, but he figured the honour of killing a poser should be the one he is posing.

Nocella audibly sighed aloud. "I don't have the title of Kenpachi." she said irritably. "That practice died out when..." When Hawk died. she thought, finishing the sentence in her mind. Though technically, she had killed Hawk, who held the title of Kenpachi at the time, certain...circumstances dictated that she no longer held the title. And even if she could, she didn't want it. Why take the title of a man that had betrayed everything? Theoretically, no one could even think of holding the Title if they weren't part of the Gotei. The Kenpachi was too intertwined with the Eleventh Division. Even if he claimed he was, even the biggest idiot wouldn't believe him. Cocking her head, she only stared at the file he offered her. "I believe this is out of your jurisdiction, Captain." she said smoothly. "Not only are you pulling a 'civilian' into what seems to be a secret investigation, but you're letting her do the murdering for you? I see you haven't changed." she said coolly, regarding him with fox-like eyes. He always put personal feelings before his job.
At that moment, a Hell Butterfly floated in through the open window. Landing on her shoulder, she turned and looked at it as it silently relayed its message. Nocella cursed under her breath. Damn Rosa and her meddling. And, of course, it had to be at the time when she was preoccupied. Waving the butterfly away, it exited back out the window. She was on business, and her Lieutenant could take care of himself. If he was going to do something stupid, then so be it. She wasn't here to coddle him. "Well, let's get this over with quickly." she snapped. "I don't want to waste more time than I have to."

Hakora just smirked as he usually did. "You killed the last owner of the title and you are one of the most skilled people with a blade. That would be enough to resurrect a title."Hakora turned and began heading out, but then stopped and spoke without looking at her. "Do not presume that I mix personal interests with my job. I am a noble and my honour code is something you may never understand. I will kill him if I have to, but I am giving you the opportunity to. I am leaving for District 99, follow if you like."Usually when someone shunpo'd there would be at least a slight shimmer. Hakora was faster then that and perfectly vanished as he shunpo'd away.

Nocella rolled her eyes. His antics were so annoying. Just because she could hold the title, didn't mean she wanted to. Shaking her head as he left, she let a sigh slip past her lips. He was mixing personal interests with his job. Otherwise, why let the Karma Demon deal with her 'disciples', if he could do it himself? She gave an audible snort. "What a weak moral code." she muttered to herself. He sometimes gave her too little credit, and sometimes too much credit. She understood the life of a noble better than he thought she did. After all, Nocella had been of royal blood during her time when she was still human. That was a time so long forgotten, even Nocella's picturesque memory sometimes had trouble conjuring up images. She believed that those were times better left forgotten. It was almost like holding the memories of someone that wasn't you. At least, the person that she no longer was. Mulling over her thoughts, she wondered if she could leave her squad unattended with her Lieutenant out of play. Deciding to leave things up to her ever reliable Third Seat, she simply shut the window, opened the door, and sauntered out at a leisurely pace to the Rukongai.
