Mariam wandered down the long corridor of the dormitory area, while looking down at her hand to remember the dorm number she was given. "12.....23.....27.....33.Here's the dorm."she said with slight enthusiasm upon seeing the number, before pulling out a pale green key and unlocking the ebony door.'Seems no else is here yet...that gives me enough time to myself a break from this smile.'the kitsune thought, while closing the door behind her and starting her search for a room. She only gave a side glance at each door she passed by, before catching sight of an aqua colored door. 'I guess this one is my room, until I leave this school'the lavender eyed female thought, before opening up the door and seeing colors of the furnishings inside the room.'There's bathroom connected to this room as well?'she thought, seeing another door beside the closet. Mariam opened up the white door and saw the range of blues in the room."Time to get settled in before my roommates arrive,"she mumbled to herself, before taking her bag off her back and started placing all of her belonging in the right places.
After 30 minutes of arrangement, the young kitsune walked out of her bedroom and closed the door behind her then went to the kitchen for a small snack. She grabbed a tangerine and leaned forward against a counter staring through a window near the doorway to the living room. Mariam had already peeled away the skin and barely started eating it.'I still don't understand what I did wrong.....'she thought, while eating and staring blankly through the same window.

"Conjoined at the mind, heart, and soul" ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ The siblings made their way down the empty halls of their dormitory, the female chatting away as they walked. "I wonder what our roommates are like...do you think we'll it'll be boy or a girl? Or both? I wonder what they look like... and what abilities they have!" the girl went on with good natured excitement. A naturally friendly person, she loved meeting new faces. Her brother however, was not so outgoing. "Don't really care as long as they stay out of my business." he gravely responded. Lin ignored her twin's negativity. "I hope they're nice.."
The two had finally reached the door to their new quarters, promptly stopping in front of it. The boy grasped onto the knob, but was interrupted by his sister before he could turn it. "Wait, Kei! Shouldn't we knock or something first? I mean, it's only polite." she stated. Kei rolled his eyes, quickly rapping on the door before turning the knob and stepping inside. "We're coming in." he announced, even though he had already entered the room. Lin sighed as she followed after him. The both of them took in the living space, quite impressed with the furnishing and decor. "Nice.."Lin whistled. Kei half-nodded, slinging his bag over his shoulder. Elemental_Fox456 I hope you don't mind them joining then ^^

Mariam continued to stare off into space with sorrowful thoughts running through her mind.'Why didn't mother or father tell me a thing...What did I do for them to push me away?'she thought, before hearing the tapping on the door."Seems someone has arrived better starting smiling again."the kitsune whispered to herself, while putting down her half-eaten tangerine and slowly walking out of the kitchen towards the front door. She sighed very quietly, before slipping on her happy mask and the door. "Hello, I'm Mariam Skye please come on in."the teen said with a wide smile and holding the door open for the twins.

"Conjoined at the mind, heart, and soul" ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ Now inside, the twins tore their eyes away from the decor to look upon the girl that was greeting them. Lin smiled, her bright green eyes making contact with the girl's pretty violet ones. "Hey, it's nice to meet you Mariam. I'm Lin Oshiro." she introduced herself. After a beat of awkward silence, Lin roughly elbowed her brother in the side to remind him to introduce himself. "Kei." the boy growled on impact, deciding he'd get his sister back for that later. He even sent the telepathic message to her, just so she couldn't say he didn't warn her. But Lin just rolled her eyes and smiled, turning her attention back to the girl before them. "So, were you here alone?" she asked Mariam.

The purple haired kitsune watched the duo stare at furniture behind her, before hearing the twins' introductions. "It's nice meeting the both of you."she said, before giggling a little bit at the siblings' antics.'These two definitely are opposites of eachother just from their introduction.'Mariam thought, before hearing Lin's question."I was the first one here at the dorm. It didn't appear that anyone else had shown up before me."she replied, before walking into the living room."Are you two coming in?"

"You know, this place is really nice for a dorm. I didn't expect it to be so well kept already, so you"ll have to forgive us for our staring earlier." she admitted with a laugh. Kei quietly listened as the two interacted. "Am I really going to be stuck in a dorm with two women...?" the boy wondered to himself, already exasperated. Also being telepathic, his sister obviously heard this. Lin chuckled. "Well, I know Kei's definitely excited to be sharing a dorm room with us." she jokingly told Mariam. "Speaking of rooms, where are they?"

"I was surprised myself, once I stepped especially when I didn't see anyone around. So, it's okay if you stared.I would have done the same exact thing."the violet eyed teen replied, while flashing a light smile. She gave Kei a side glance, noticing him being completely quiet during their small conversation.He seems to be more of a loner from the way he acts.'the kitsune thought, before being pulled out of her thought's by Lin's voice. "That's good, we wouldn't want him to be uncomfortable. "Mariam said in a joking tone. "Oh, the rooms are to the right side of the kitchen. If you need me I'll be in the kitchen."she said, before walking back into the kitchen to finish eating her tangerine she left on the counter.

"Conjoined at the mind, heart, and soul" ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ "Thanks."Kei replied dryly, speaking up for the first time since they arrived at the dorm. He barely regarded the girl as he walked past and turned to where the rooms were located. "Alright, thanks Mariam."the tall brunette said with a smile before heading in the same direction.
Having found their rooms, appropriately located right across from each other, the two began to get settled. Lin immediately began unpacking her belongings and decorating the room to fit her athletic style. Trophies gracing her shelves and sports magazines scattered on her floor, like a true tomboy. "I'll arrange those later..." she decided after a wave of laziness overcame her.
Meanwhile, Kei laid on his bed, his room half empty. "Is anywhere actually safe? Won't they find us here too?" the boy thought to himself, staring up at the ceiling in frustration. It was a good question, was anywhere really safe for them? Probably not, but the secluded academy was the closest they could get. If they were caught here, well...Kei didn't even want to think about it. There'd be no way out of it again. No more second chances. You could run all you want, but hiding from them for long? Almost impossible.

 Chrome and LliaWhat appeared to be a girl walked up to the door of the dorm and knocked. "Are you sure about this Llia?" "Shut up! Just don't say anything!" What appeared to be the same person replied. "Hey, can you open the door?" She said, although opened it herself. She looked inside and nobody was in the room, although they had heard voices before. "Llia..." "What!?" They argued for a minute, and then the girl's voice said, "Hey, who's here?"(OOC: Still need a roommate? Believe it or not this is one character...)

'Someone else just knocked on the door...Hmm, must be the last person assigned to this dorm.'Mariam thought, before throwing the remains of the tangerine and slowly walking into the living room.'Very interesting...there's only one body, but I heard more than one voice.'she thought, before walking closer. "Hello, I'm guessing you were assigned to this dorm."the kitsune said with curiosity laced in her eyes.'Kei's going to love finding out he's living with three women instead of two.'she thought.

Chrome and Llia"Yeah, We were assigned to this dorm." Llia said. They looked at the girl and then around the room. "Who're you?" A boy's voice said, as they looked around the room. "Conjoined at the mind, heart, and soul" ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ Lin was about to plop down onto her bed when she heard a voice. She had assumed it was just Mariam, until she heard two other unfamiliar voices. "I wonder if everything is alright out there..." Lin wondered to herself. She opened the door to her room and stepped out, her curiosity getting the better of her. "Hey Mariam, are---"she stopped herself when she noticed the newcomer. "Ah, hey..." she said to the girl, who she guessed was their new roomate. "I swear I heard another voice though..."
Kei had heard his sister's thoughts, as well as the other voices. But instead of getting up he stayed where he was, arm draped over his forehead and one eye open. "Probably just the tv.." the boy thought to himself with a sigh.
