Two people per room. If you choose an unoccupied room, feel free to change it to suit your needs.
Follow basic Gaia rules please
Every room has two beds, despite what the picture shows, if you are in a room alone, or your roommate agrees, feel free to push the beds together to make a big one.

Terrin sat in the living room, watching T.V and sipping on a coke. He had recently finished remodeling his house into more of a dormatory, since he lived practically on campus, and had let an ad out to let people know about it. The extra money would be nice, and he could use it to go towards his other needs.

Alice Wheeled several suitcases, down the hallway, and carried a few duffle bags. Strapped onto one of her many suitcases was a small light pink carrying case.The insides was dark, but there was movement going on.
She gently sat down her begs, and leaned her suit cases against the wall.
She gently knocked on the door Hello? She called I saw the ad About an open room?

Terrin turned at the sound of a voice and stood up, approaching the young woman. "yes, of course right this way." He said and smiled. "There are four rooms including the master." He told her. "Each is painted a different color. The rent is pretty low, so you probably won't have to worry, you can choose any room you like, but i am already sleeping in room one, its the biggest, and it has its own bathroom. The other rooms each share this bath here in the hallway, but please go ahead and find a place to make yourself comfortable. Do you need any help with the luggage?"

Alice walked in, and listened to what he had to say. Uhm, Sure, can you bring in my suitcase with the pink carrier please? Everything else i can handle. she said before going to check out the rooms. She favored the purple room. She stepped out of the room Is the purple room alright? she asked smiling.

He grabs the aforementioned suitcase, and brings it over to the room. "yes, thats fine. I've already moved in there, so you'll be sharing it with me, if you don't mind that." He said, flashing her a grin. "Go ahead and take a look around the house and get comfortable."

Alice smiled and thanked him then agreed Alright, after i bring in the rest of my stuff. alice made a few trips, in bringing in all of her belongings, and sat the all beside her bed. Once done she unstrapped the pet carrier, gently sat it on her bed, then opened it. Seeing as the animal wasn't going to come out she left the room, leaving the door cracked.
Alice began wondering around, starting with the master bathroom. Oh. My. God... Its huge! She exclaimed to herself. She left the bathroom then continued around, to the hall bathroom, kitchen, and endened her tour with the living room. She sat down this is pretty amazing. She told Terrin.
From within the purple bedroom, a small calico kitten emerged from the pet carrier. merow... Queaked the cat, as is sniffed around on the purple fabric of the bed.

Terrin followed her around to answer any questions she had, and nodded when she sat in the livingroom. "I just finished remodeling a week ago. I wanted to give every room a different style." He said and sat next to her on the couch. "Theres a garden out back as well, and a swimming pool as well, which would be the long, wooden building you'll see out there." he explained before looking at her. "So, I'm glad you like the place. Any questions?"

Alice thought for a second Only one...Well, Two actually First; how much is rent? And second; Do you like animals? She wanted to make sure Her cat, and Terrin would get along, or if she would have to keep Her cat in the bedroom.

Terrin smiled a bit. "I love animals." He told her. "As long as they aren't bigger than knee high, and none of the other roomies, of which there are yet none, have an issue, its fine. And rent is Two hundred and fifty dollars a month, plus an even split of the utilities between everyone." He told her.

Alice smiled that sounds fair. and i asked that because i have a cat. She's probably still in her carrier, she kinda shy, but i wanted to make sure it was fine.
The cat pushed it's way out of the bedroom and made its way into the living room, sniffing everything along the way, until it bumped into Terrin's foot.

Terrin looked down when the kitten bumped at his foot, and scooped it up in one hand, beginning to pet it just behind its ears. "Looks like she escaped." He said casually, setting the kitten on his lap and petting it. "If you have any troubles or questions just tell me, alright? I'll try and be an understanding roommate."
