One Piece: High Seas Ahead!
The wayn thisll work, is depending on how many people sign up. IF theres enough, everyone can run around the known, popular grandline islands and do as they please as they run into other characters. Now, ifs theres only a FEW people, ill have to make everyone meet under.... "fun" circumstances twisted If you have average spelling and grammer skills, its fine with me. No "Hey pplz, wat up 4 dina".....
First, you have to decide what your gonna be, job wise. Read the following and choose.
Pirates- Just a seafarer who surges for adventure and treasures. Thou the most feared people at sea, are continuesly hunting by the Marines and bounty hunters. To be captain, ill have to see your activness and RP skills.
Marines- Gaurdians of the law of the seas. Targets pirates and other troublemakers, usually hs more funds and better technology. Thou, you have to take orders from some fat bum who's never been in a battle himself.
Bounty hunter- Freelancer, rogue, greedy. Just someone looking for bountys on pirates and certain marine memmebers. Can become either a pirate or Marine,
Other- Just someone who isnt involved in big time fighting and lives normally. (Specify please)

History: Nakita is a man surrounded by mystery. No one knows what his real name is or even his age. He goes where he pleases raiding ships and wreaking havoc wherever he treads. He has eluded capture so far but the Navy and bounty hunters are close on his trail always one step behind.

Appearance: Female, 5 feet, 3 inches. Under one of those cute white bucket hats that read 'MARINE', she has brown curly hair that goes down to right above her shoulders. She wears the small marine outfit (Think Coby-Meppo.), and along with that, striped arm bands and stockings. She's 13, and has frightfully pale skin.
Personality: Often tired and lazy. She's happy and a little bit perveted, but fun generally. Doesnt like anything else but working towards her dream of becoming a world-class artist. (Especially cleaning the Marine-base!)
History: Used to be a quiet, lazy artist in a small town, but fed up with her parents, who were both work-a-holic Marine Commanders, she tried to become a pirate and sail away, but was quickly caught by her mother's fleet of ships. Her mother didn't punish her too severely, she just made her promise she would always be a marine. Mimi accepted, afraid for her life, and now swabs decks for the Marines, traveling about the world with her mother's fleet. Being curious and not that quick, she acidentally ate her mother's prize devil fruit captured from pirates, and now has Kilo Kilo powers.

Personality: Very sly, to himself and very tactical. Very smart when it comes to certain things, usually dumb with others. lots of others.
History: When gesparde attacked the Bascud's town, Zana was out on a fishing trip, where he found the Munch Munch Fruit, thinking it was a sea cucumber or something. When he came back a week after the attack, he was shocked to see the towned burned and his sister, Anaguma, and same age brother, Shuraiya, gone. He pretty much hated fate after that and became a hunter, not giving a rats about much.

Personality: really dumb at times, but always thinking ahead, is never absent minded, has good reflexies to any situation, very cool(calm) and easy going character, open to opinions and can stay calm during an argument, but when people mention the subject of love he flips out and shut down completely (explained in history)
History: When Ryuken was young, his father was a very weak bullied poor old man, but he did have one treasured possesion. One day on the sea he had found the Tori Tori fruit and brought it back home. He was close to the end of his days as it was so he decided not to waste the fruit on himselve, but he did decide to feed the baby Ryuken the fruit so he would grow strong and wouldn't have to deal with his fathers troubles. When he was old enough to understand why his father had feed him the tori tori fruit, he became to hate all pirates alike and joined the marines. After a few years of advancing through the ranks, and now at the age of 17 he was a canidate for the CP9 roster, and was close to making it. But during a training session Ryuken's love was mistaken for a pirate on a far awhile ship and was killed by a bomb that Ryuken droped on the boat from high above the crows nest. Horrified by his actions, Ryuken sent himself into exile with only a tatoo artist living near him. So with each passing day he asked the tatoo artist to carve more and more tatoos into his skin for punishment of what he did. When he finally came out of his own exile after 8 years, the marines had changed (the Ohara Massacre is what really changed him)and he hated their rules. So he became a pirate determined to tear down the government, because of the way theyve changed, and what they made him do in a training session. Since the killing of his love, Ryuken has never use the Tori Tori fruit ability, and he vowed to only use it if one of his friends is on the verge of death.

Appearence:She has medium length dark auburn hair which she usually wears in a braid. Her wispy bangs frame light hazel eyes and a tiny nose. She spends almost all her time outside, but never tans or gets freckles. She is very concious of her height, only 5'3''. She isn't super skiny or over weight, just a comfortable medium. She wears a light cotton, short sleved, white dress which ends above her knees. She wears tight dark blue capris underneath which come to her mid-calf. If she has to wear shoes she choses woven filp-flops.
Personality:She's quiet, but only because she is always watching and listening to other people. She has a kind nature and rarely becomes very angry. She loves to laugh, sing and sit in the sun. She has a driving curiosity.
History:She used to live in a small village but she's always wanted to explore so when she turned 16 she left her village with a small house boat and two sea cows which she purchased with her dowry money. Her parents were resigned and told her to have fun. Now one yaer later she has successfully bred two more sea cows and has a steady income selling their milk whenever she reaches a port. She has seen many new things but still wants to see new sights.
