Personality/Mannerism
Generally--Shura is usually cheerful and care free, his is playful towards just about any and every one. He has a love for food especially sweets and is quite generous when it comes to sharing something he thinks is good with others. He often ignores or brushes off his troubles or things that grieve him which tends to give others the impression that he doesn’t care or that he’s a cold person with a sick sense of cheerfulness. Shura is skeptic towards things that make no sense to him and tries to deny the existence of anything supernatural under the belif that it can be explained by some form of science, anything he can’t explain he chooses to ignore… this could possibly be an aspect of madness. Shura prefers to chat, snack, and tease rather than engage in violence. He prefers to only get involved if it will save the life of a comrade. He comes off as very childish and whimsical, however he knows better than he lets on. It is not a ploy to get an opponent to drop their guard, however it does tend to work that way at times.
In battle—If in a normal fight one which simply requires the normal fighting skills, Shura is most confident and rather laxed being a skilled martial artist. He is one who will play with an opponent during what should be a serious battle; he does enjoy taking the time to show off his skill and to tease. In a fight with a Weapon or meister he is by far more cautious and takes the battle more seriously not knowing what to expect. Often he’ll freak out in seeing what he’s deemed as impossible (like a person’s arm turning into a blade.)
Other—Shura is also pretty stubborn especially when discovering the existence of the supernatural, which he is bent on repressing the knowledge that they are real.
Major quirks/habits
- Shura almost always has food to offer, he carries snacks on him on a regular basis
- Shura has a bad habit of offering treats at the wrong place and the wrong time… like in the middle of a battle
-Shura tends to not fully listen to what others have to say before going on rambling about something that may not even be on topic or something food related
-When Socially nervous Shura tends to stuff his face more thus avoiding having to speak
-When nervous in battle he teases and taunts a lot less and actually pays attention to his opponent. He becomes clearly more focused
-Shura is wealthy and is not above trying to bribe an opponent to leave him alone
Speech mannerisms
- Shura has a very smooth sounding voice, his voice is not at all deep, more within the range of an alto.
-He has a slight Western-Japanese accent
-Shura doesn't always fully pronounce his words, he tends to use a lot of slang, he has no qualms against cursing however he doesn't make a habit of it.
-Shura tries (and fails) to be polite however it is more in his nature to be a bit blunt when making a point thus he may say things that come across as rude or very inappropriate

Background: Shura Shigure was born and raised in ‘the city of dragonflies’ Tonbo. He grew up as something of a young genius capable of designing some of the most artistically complex buildings. At an early age Shura became famous for designing themed buildings all around the country.
Three years ago while on a boating trip with his family there was an accident, his father was killed, his mother injured and in a torn up mental state, Shura was in a coma barely clinging to life. When he recovered Shura didn’t have much left of who he was besides some early childhood memories, as for his mother her mental state grew worse and worse until she had to be taken to a ward. All he had was his wealth and two friends, Fuji and Hozuki who stuck by him.
Shura managed to pull his life together seeing to the construction of his many famous designs, one of which was to be in Death City… where this story begins

Weaknesses Shura does not know how to use any of his natural abilities as a meister, he’s lived the life of a normal human up to this point. Shura is unarmed thus he doesn’t fair well against someone wielding a weapon.Shura believes he is a normal human and thus will react like a normal human.
Abilities:
Serenity wavelength: This is Shura’s natural wavelength, it is constantly in action against the madness from being fused with Asura as far as consciously utilizing his wavelength that is LOCKED until he starts learning to become a Meister
Soul Attacks: Shura can not only attack directly with his soul wavelength but can fire it outside of himself, this ability he can access by accident but is otherwise LOCKED until he is trained
Uncanny speed: I believe that speaks for itself
Healing spirit: Shura’s wavelength can be used for healing, he currently heals at a faster rate than most humans, but to consciously use his soul to heal himself or others requires training
