'K, this is just a theory, but Bubbles said before that the world just might be working its way up to drying into a big single desert. Well, a question I had was: What happens after that? Sure you can say that because of the extreme heats and dangerously high temperatures that we'd all just flat out die. But say we were to develope ways of surviving. Maybe years from now, when the U.S. government has reallized Bubbles' plan on their own, they'll decide to take action and prepaire for the future. I mean, you saw with hurricane Rita that they were SO rolleyes on top of things.(that there was sarcasim) But really! What if they do? We might form a new way of living. Who knows. Maybe we won't even have states or anything. We'd all live as "indians" or even "sand people". I know that to some of you, I am just a paranoyed redhead who needs to return to my role plays and leave the innocent public alone, but it is beyond possible if what Bubbles says is true.
We could even start life as we know it, over. And if worse comes to worse, we may even loose the knowledge of... thing we know! eek We could be uneducated people. Life may be put in a repeat. Except for the fact that the green fertile lands don't really have a chance of returning. So instead of children in elementary school learning about the Aztec, Mya, Inca, Chineese, etc. We may find them learning about the American, or the Mexican, or they might even make up new names for us! Those animals! scream
Well, I've gotten my point through. Even though it probably wasn't very effective. Thank you for listening to my ramblings and possibly insane theories. If you have any interest in what I have stated, please join me in researching. Or you may just state that you were interested and that you DON'T think I'm crazy. If you thought I was crazy and over exagerating then I will do nothing to stop you from saying so. But keep in mind that this guild is about randomness so leave me be and don't be too rude to me. Me thinks it is very possible. And you aren't crazy..I was just thinking along the same lines as this a couple of days ago. Or maybe we're just both crazy. *shrug*
Anyway, in it's current state, I doubt the government would do anything. For now at least. They do have people [non-government] in the Sahara studying this. Or so says Mrs. Plank.
Of course, we'll probably all be dead and reincarnated a million times before this happens, if it ever does.

we are all screwing ourselves anyway. (w/ polution and sorry for the language)
it's just a matter of time before we kill everything. but anything is possible since we have no clue as to what is going to happen.

It is very possible that your theory can happen. That is why we have to do everything that we can possibly do to make sure that we don't lose our hertiage or our history. that is why I'm constantly researching some topic or another, just ask Bubbles, I'm always researching something. I maybe older than alot of you here but I'm constantly learnign something new everyday.
but I do agree with you that your theory is very scary thing to think about.
