The Sōkyoku Hill is an iconic, large, rocky mesa located at the center of Seireitei in Soul Society, where it is overlooked by the Senzaikyū (懺罪宮, lit. "Palace of Remorseful Sin"). The hill is visible from most of Seireitei. It has sheer cliffs on all sides. The Sōkyoku (双殛, Twinned Punishment) is a large halberd which the Gotei 13 uses at Sōkyoku Hill to execute Shinigami who have severely broken the law.

As Xamthos landed mere feet away from the large scaffolding where Shinigami were traditionally executed, he immediately forced his reiatsu to surge in such a way that his scarlet-colored reiatsu became a massive blazing lighthouse atop this very highest of places in all of Seireitei. Any and all Shinigami with any ability whatsoever to sense anything would know him for what he was and where as clearly as if he had actually sounded a hundred trumpets and launched a hundred fireworks declaring his presence.
And this incredible blast served two purposes. Firstly, he was releasing all of the fury that his fight with Raven had caused. Secondly, and most importantly, it was serving to call...no, not call; implore, demand, beg, and even overtly coerce all of the Shinigami to come to him. He intended to hold this flare until he was joined.
And yet, despite this almost gratuitous display of power, one thing was undeniably certain. There was no malice in it. Whatever the reason he was doing this, any who sensed his beacon would also sense that he was merely trying to call for a parley. As he did this, Xamthos even went so far as to jam En'ō into the ground a good few yards away, pointed straight up out of the ground like a flag pole. He would allow for no misunderstandings; he was here peacefully, and calling out to all the powers that be so that he could have a meeting.
Hakora arrived standing next to the sword in the ground. He himself was armed to the teeth, but made no move to attack. He coughed a few times into his sleeve leaving black blood, but not much. He eyed the person present and stood there as the person's Reitsu cascaded over him like a strong wind. "It is very rude to return so quickly after a battle. Text time try a postcard, now, what do you want Zodiac?"

Just so you know, Xamthos's Zanpakuto is just a long wooden staff with metal ends. In short, no blade anywhere. Not even while in bankai. Just wanted to get that out there now since, there's been misunderstandings in the past about that.
Well, at least he hadn't been greeted with an attack. Maybe if he'd known that the 12th Captain's bankai was still troubling Captain Shinari, he might not have been so calm. Either way, he wasn't going to waste words and he certainly wasn't about to give this guy any reason to disbelieve him.
"First of all, my name is Xamthos. I would know yours if you please, Shinigami. Secondly, as you can see I am here peacefully," Xamthos said, motioning to is discarded zanpakuto as he allowed the immense blast of his reiatsu diminish a bit. Still giving off the same blatant trumpets-and-fireworks beacon, only not quite as intense. He would need all his wits about him for this. "Now, for the really important part. I come here no longer as a Katena. Due to a grave difference of...opinion, you could say, I have decided to change sides. I ask only for protection from the other Katena, and of course immunity and a full pardon, considering I never agreed with their methods and I chose to leave them on my own. The important part there is that I am only asking. You have every right to refuse." He knew his terms were steep, if you could even call them terms. After a brief pause to allow the words to sink in, he then dropped the real bomb.
"Whether you grant me my request or not, you have my word of honor that I shall freely give the Shinigami any and all information I have regarding the Katena. Their names, ranks, Zodiac representations, their personalities. Their zanpakuto names and elements, each of the Katena's strengths and weaknesses, and even some of the basics of a few of their shikai and bankai. That will be the one subject where my information on the others will be lacking the most. But most of all, I can tell you everything there is to know about our biggest trump card; the Kōchaku...you've seen it already, but I'm offering to spoon feed you and your comrades all of our most jealously guarded secrets free of charge, again whether you grant me my request or not." A steep request indeed, but when compared to the ludicrous amount of information he was offering regardless of the outcome, one thing was made perfectly clear. He was most assuredly not lying. Something had definitely happened between Xamthos and the other Katena so serious that he was willing to sell out his entire own kind without expecting anything in return.
Eve arrived on the heels of Hakora enough to hear what was requested by Xamthos and what he offered. Her emerald eyes gave the Katena a once over and he was just as lanky as she remembered, well how could she forget it had been a rather short time between encounters. She worried about Hakora only because of his state knowing it would be difficult maintain a fight, should one possibly break out. This captain lacked the cockiness most of the young ones possessed so he hardly set off her tempter thus creating the small soft spot. She listened to what the Katena offered, she didn't really trust it due to having faced many such deceptions in battle. She would rest her none-dominant hand on her Zanpakuto just to be prepared. She then spoke, "Should I send a hell butterfly to summon the Captain Commander here?" her question was directed at Hakora, her voice carried an Irish accent though it might sound faint at the very moment.

To say Xamthos words were like a bomb dropped was an understatement. He thought of many situations to why this one had returned and was calling for people with his reitsu, but this was not one of the logical outcomes. He thought for a few moments to survey the situation. As he thought he gave a look to the Captain present to tell her through looks to stand down as he could see she was a bit nervous and was ready to fight. Hakora's first thought was whether or not this was a trick and they needed to infiltrate their ranks, but his fight with them had revealed that they were not only strong, but wise. This was not a wise way to infiltrate the enemy. Hakora made a sign with his hand and then drew his sword. Usually when he drew his sword the stealth force would appear, but this told his men and women to stand down as well. "My name is Hakora Shinari, head of one of the four noble families and Captain of Division Two. You will understand my reluctance to believe your words. I would suggest a lie test, but my methods of getting to the truth are old." With a swift kick to the hilt of the zanpaktuo in the ground he sent it back to the Katena for him to catch it. "Words can easily be lies and the heart can be controlled to fool even the wisest. The one thing that won't lie is the sword. You are older then I am so what I suggest should not be foreign to you. We shall spare as two fellow samurais and through that I shall find out if your words are true, false or even true, but out of anger."Hakora tossed off his ripped and bloodied captain's robe and zero'd out his reitsu. The point of this fight was to fight with nothing above the level of human skill. It would be a huge handicap to both sides, but due to the severity of the fight's handicap it would reveal any murderous intent or double emotions. Hakora held his zanpaktuo in a traditional stance. Both hands were on the hilt and pointing at an angle to the ground while the blade was pointed at and angle to the sky to make the traditional V.
Xamthoshad to admit to himself, as his weapon came to him, that what Captain Shinari was suggesting was smart. As he caught En'ō and followed suit with the lowering of his reiatsu, though, he couldn't help but feel like it wasn't quite fair. This man was quite ill, that much was clear. But at the ssme time Xamthos admired Captain Shinari's determination.
Xamthos assumed his standard fighting stance for using En'ō. Being without shirt or shoes, his lanky and lean form was obviously built to be exceedingly flexible and quick. Also, the lack of footwear showed that instead of feet at the ends of his legs, he had a second pair of hands that were every bit as ambidextrous as the ones at the ends of his arms. His tail also unwound itself from Xamthos's waist and swayed with a calm and relaxed ease behind him. The stance itself was as thus:
Right foot in front with knees lightly bent, but relaxed. Left hand holding onto the far back end of En'ō, a couple feet below the metal tip, and right hand open underneath the front end, directly behind the other end. How this guy who semed to be all limbs and wasn't exactly a giant was supposed to fight with an eight foot long staff against the obviously solid Captain with an sctual sword was anyone's guess. It went without saying that the stance was 100% defensive, but also provided countless options for reactionary attacks as well.

flashstepping into the hill he sees Hakora fighting and glares. He turns to look at the other Captain and sees sh is doing nothing to stop these actions. She seemed to have some grudge against him because of his Zampactou. One of which he had no control it was how his soul was designed. He didn't pass judgement on her so the fact she passed judgement on him without knowing him was highly offensive and hypocritical. He wasnt a psycho who enjoyed killing others, he is just burdened with power that has no reguards for good or evil.
Stepping forward to intervene his eyes looked calm and cold. He could not allow such displays without the head Captain here to observe. These actions were against regulation and to Save Hakora from a severe punishment he would instead save them both. He lifts his hands drawing two identical symbols as massive amounts of reishi erupt around him. "Bakudo #9 double cast, Geki" a flash of red energy erupts in swift attempt to bind both of them.
"im afriad that you both should calm thyselves until the Head Commander arrives. And Hakora you should rest anyways. Unfortunately i would not desire your actions to put you in further jepoardy" He looks to the Katena. "My appologies for earlier but for now we should wait uniLl the Head Captain comes then we can discuss your change of sides."

Akane appeared with a red flash, standing on the sidelines. she shook her head, agreeing with everyone else. She was examining the situation at hand. Her arms where crossed and she was holding Hakoras captain robe. It was a tattered, blooded, and dirty. She was holding the only clean part of the robe. She held it out towards Hakora, hoping he would stop fighting and take the robe back.

Hey uh, Captain-Commander, wake up. If you got time to post as Kiyoshi, I think you got time to post as your other character.
Out of sheer instinct, Xamthos seemed to make a small twitch just as Voldo's bakudō was about to make contact. Voldo's amped up level 9 Kidō struck the metal tip of En'ō and was effortlessly deflected towards the newly arrived 6th Captain, only slightly faster. To all but the most trained eyes, it was as if he never even moved and the bakudō just bounced of of him. He was just that fast and the movement was just that slight. Oops. He hadn't seen her show up. He did recognize, however, the 9th Captain from his brief scuffle with the 4th, even though he gave no outward indication of this.
He did not, as he stood there still in his stance, give any indication that he even knew he and Captain Shinari were not alone despite the fact that he was fully aware of just how many people were present as well as their ranks. Color-coded clothing tended to have that benefit.
((Since it seems nobody's got an iq higher than their shoe size, I'll say this right out here so you all see it. XAMTHOS'S ZANPAKUTŌ DOES NOT HAVE A BLADE! IT IS JUST AN 8 FOOT WOODEN STAFF WITH BLUNT METAL ENDS.))
The Captain-Commander was a tad late to the party as he was overseeing the reconstrution happening at the Second Divisions interrogation center. There was much going on in such a short time and the Captain-Commanders attention was divided into many places. However the arrival of one of the Katena back into the Gotai after such a short amount of time after their attack took precedent. Sairento appeared with a Shunpo at Sokyoku Hill.
Sairento looked around. He was glad to see that his Captains were able to react so quickly to the Monkey Katena's entrance. He nodded to Voldo and Eve for their desire to wait for his arrival before proceeding. The Captain-Commander looked towards Xamthos and eyed him. Sairento had caught a brief bit of Xamthos's words, he heard that he wished to defect, but who would take the word of their enemy without question?. From what he saw, Hakora thought the same thing as he did. The Second division Captain was ready to fight, but that would not be necessary, at least not yet.
"So a Katena wishes to defect. You can understand my Captains and my own uncertainty in this matter. It was a short time ago that you came here with the others and freed one of our prisoners, and you decide now to change sides? Why? what has truely caused such a break in the Katena?" Sairento asked.
(OOC: Ok, first off I apologize for the crappyness of this post, I barely worked on it. Also, Yuri you need to give me time to post. It took me some time to put my Katena's post together. I am extremely busy with other role plays and life and I cannot always get to things on time. You have to bear with me. Also, there is no need to insult people because they don't know your Zanpakuto, its a small mistake easily correctable)

Hey uh, Captain-Commander, wake up. If you got time to post as Kiyoshi, I think you got time to post as your other character.
Eve, wasn't nervous so to say about a fight she just from years of experience knew this was not going to be peaceful. After all the violence has broken out again. She crossed her arms having gone through the silent communication with Hakora, so yes she was going to stand down and allow him to do the foolish thing of injuring himself further but gave him the look that spoke "Your funeral". Then she let out a little "Tch" sound at the appearance of squad 12 and now the ever so absent squad 6 captain. She then gazed at the katena figuring he would not let their presence distract him from his goal, although Eve believed if he laid his weapon down at his feet and took a kneeling position it would speak volumes. If one was here to surrender then any attempt at violence should well not be done by the one who intends to surrender. She found the attempts at the double restraint unnecessary and rightly so as the katena moved to knock the one aimed for him away. The holding out of the ruined captain's robe was well futile as even Eve herself would not accept that dirty ragged thing back. After all how many had she herself destroyed, there was a standing order for new ones for her. She still held her half eaten banana split and remembering so began to eat it again as it seemed this was going to be interesting and she knew what she'd do should she be forced to fight.

By all appearence except to maybe the captain commander himself, Hakora never moved and the kido merely phased through him. In reality he moved forward and back at the last second so fast that it was like he never moved. He had no intentions to stop his "interrogation" until the arrival of the Commander. He did not stand down, but he also did not proceed. He merely spoke wisdom and let the Commander decide. "Both sides are born of war and by the sword, Commander, if we want to know the truth to this man's words then we must go to our roots and let our swords do the talking. If you want I will begin and end when I have my answer. As to my health, Voldo, I suggest you stop thinking that a little sickness can stop a Division Two Captain. I am the civilized version of Division 11 and I will fight and press on until I am dead regardless of my health."He ignored the robe being handed back to him as it was indeed needing repair and he never really enjoyed wearing it. He was currently wearing the standard black robe of the Soul Reaper, but with no sleeves. "If he is really wanting to join us and our spar brings truth then I will let him have an honorary seat in my squad if it suits you and I will be his Keeper, not his Captain. It is clear by his reitsu and appearance that he best resembles a stealth member, but he is stronger then my Lieutenant by far."

As the Captain-Commander showed up, Xamthos knew who he was instantly without even trying. After all, when he first arrived, it had been this man's own building that he'd shown up in. He knew how to put two and two totether. In any case, Xamthos figured that unless somebody was itching to defy the highest authority in the land, he was safe for now. Xamthos lowered his weapon and eased himself until he was standing normally and with En'ō held like an otherwise ordinary walking stick. When he spoke, he sounded almost like a young teenager.
"I shall try to be brief, but it is not easy to keep this short. Before you even knew of us, we had a meeting to discuss how best to approach you. I sugested that we only resort to fighting as an absolute last resort. As you can tell, I was not listened to. I never wantec to fight, and in truth if you ask your 4th division captain, she can tel you that I never attempted to hurt her when she engaged me, and that I only sent her attacks harmlesly aside. When we came to retrieve Kiyoshi, the dog Katena, again I never lifted a finger against anyone. When we all were assembled, I voiced my objections and was subsequently banished because I refused to let Raven, the dragon Katena get us al killed by refusing to listen to peace talks. So I came here to offer my services against my former siblings. And I offer it freely, with no expectation of repayment. I merely ask for protection and amnesty for myself. Let me say again. I ask."
Now everyone had the full story. And he'd already told Hakora exactly whT he was willing to divulge. Namely, everything from names and ranks to personalities and weaknesses, right down to some of the most heavily protected secrets. Everything.
Eve continued to finish her banana split, not that the Captain Commander was on scene there was really nothing to be done until ordered. She watched the others wondering if this would go somewhere. Listening to the katena's summarized story she in short felt kind of sympathetic toward him. "Why not hear him out? There is much to be gained. His information might bring us to a more ready and even footing. As it appears to me each time these beings have shown up we seem to be caught with out pants down." She spoke her opinion, she wasn't sure how valued it would be by many but she knew the Captain Commander might take it into consideration.
