Ok, I want to tackle a topic a bit more serious. Blood sacrifices. How do you cut yourself safely? I used rubbing alcohol, sanitized my blade, then took rubbing alcohol and sanitized my arm. Found a spot on forearm that's meaty, away from joints. Took the blade and just started scratching in basically, not wanting to go too deep. Sanitized it after.
Honestly. I want more blood. Let out, safer. I need to sharpen the knife, obviously. Past that not really sure what safety information is vital.
What information do other people have to offer?

I use a pin p***k. The finger tips are full of tiny capillarity which readily give forth blood. You might want to try across the palm. In The Way of Wyrd the sorcerer in the story instructs the monk in how to slice his hand to let the blood flow for a sacrifice to the plant.

Loona Wynd I use a pin p***k. The finger tips are full of tiny capillarity which readily give forth blood. You might want to try across the palm. In The Way of Wyrd the sorcerer in the story instructs the monk in how to slice his hand to let the blood flow for a sacrifice to the plant. I do the same unless I have a scab that can be loosened on one side to let the blood flow instead. I wouldn't trust myself with doing anything beyond pin pricking the pads of the fingers and scab peeling.

I'm actually a diabetic, and trust me, you can get good blood flow from pricking your finger just right. just be careful it's not a sprayer <<; which is when you try to squeeze the blood out and it sprays EVERYWHERE.
