I've been having alot of trouble understanding the were item. can your avatar disappear if you have a evolving item? i just got bunnhilation item,is there
any possible way to get that affect from it

Bunnhilation does not have an I Am pose. It has not finished evolving, though, so it is still possible. If it's anything like Catastrophe and Owlpocalypse, it'll have a "You Are?" pose, which is not the same thing at all.
Three threads down from the top of this page is an announcement thread with links to lists of were-items, sorted by various traits. If you go to the Marketplace listing for whatever you think is interesting on those lists, you can try on the I Am pose to see what happens.
