Novablu Van: -meanders up to her, tail wagging and eyes half-closed as he dances to a song only he can hear- Thamin Brin tilted her head to eye the stallion she had met only for moments before. "Good Evening...." She said quietly as she continued to wander. Novablu Van offered her a broad smile, sidling up beside her to meander along at her side, knowing full-well that he wasn't welcome but that was okay with him. "Beautiful weather out tonight, yes?" His golden eyes glowed gently in the darkness, as did the spiraling horn on his forehead, and his tail continued to keep beat. "I don't think I had the pleasure of knowing your name, beautiful girl." He winked. "I'm Van. Just Van. Pretty boring name, but I'll take what I can get." Thamin Zul'brin paused as the male mentioned the weather. She looked to the clear sky, to the silver moonlight painting the ground, to the pinpricks of light twinkling in the ebony blanket above them. "Some would agree..." She knew that she would, but she also knew that there were others that would prefer a soft rain or cloudy sky to the clear one that was out tonight. "Others, not so much." She shrugged and ruffled her wings as she continued onward, to what and where she did not know. "My name is Zul'Brin..." She added as the male, Van, introduced himself to her. She ignored his comments about her being beautiful; there were many stallions who had the habit of calling any mare (or stallion) beautiful. "Though most just call me Brin. It is a pleasure to meet you Van." Novablu He followed her gaze upwards, taking in the sight; the summer breeze was warm and balmy, rippling through his short silver mane. The moonlight reflected off the various silver and gold trinkets hanging from his necklace, collections of his throughout the years; he was a bit of a ....horder, but it wasn't a problem. He preferred to call it 'treasure hunting'. He looked back to Brin and his grin broadened. "Well, I for one find tonight beautiful and perfect drifting weather." He was a wanderer at heart. "You're looking for something again tonight? You always seem to be searching... Can I help?" Thamin Brin paused and tilted her head off to the side. "Actually... No." She turned her head to face Van. "To be honest I am not looking for anything.... And if I am I dont know what it is. I've just always attributed my nightly wanderings to an inability to sleep. An old habit I haven't broken yet." Novablu Van laughed, a low chuckle. "Well I'll say I'm surprised--I had you pinned for a girl who was searching far and wide for something." He shook his head, eyes gleaming. "Shows what I know, eh? Well, I, on the other hand, am ALWAYS looking for something. Walking down this merry little path Fate takes me on. I'm a treasure hunter." Flicked his tail left and right, then dropped it again. The charms on his blue cord jingled, the lantern glowing at the center with blue flame. "Know of anything particularly...shiny around these parts? Since you can't sleep, I will take it upon myself to keep you company, darling." Thamin "Is that so?" Brin questioned with a raised brow. She pondered it for a moment and she could see how someone that ambled on despite conversation cold be misconstrued as a being on a quest or looking for something. She nodded her head a little and shrugged off the idea; it did not matter after all. She did ponder his next question good and hard though. "To be honest, trinkets and shiny objects have never really been a concern of mine. I've never quite paied any attention to them. The closest things to what you seek that I have seen and remember is my key, my leg wrap, and these...." She added as she held up her tail to show the curved metal blades. "Though I can try to keep an eye out for them in the future.
