This is where Uuma City's Hydro Generators are. There are several others that the wealthy have paid to have set up, but the main generator is reserved for the city as a whole, especially the palace. The generator exists outside the main barrier, but is inside a barrier of it's own. A barrier that only allows water in, filtering out rocks, sand, even fish who get caught in it's pull. This is the main source of power of the city, though the city is also powered through other means.
Mechanist are welcome to study here, as there is a special building in the area that explains how the machine was made, though shows no method of how to stop or destroy it.
