Zankensoki: also known as the basic Shinigami fighting techniques. Zan refers to sword fighting techniques. Ken refers to unarmed fighting techniques. So refers to moving techniques. Ki refers to Kido. For the sake of the guild we call this simply Skill, as a general category for every race.
----------Zanjutsu: Sword fighting techniques for the Zanpakuto. The most basic fighting techniques.
----------Hakuda: An unarmed fighting technique that makes use of one’s own body in a fight.
----------Hoho: The name for all high-speed fighting movements based on the art of Shunpo
----------Kido: Advanced spells that require strong spiritual power: Hado and Bakudo.
For the sake of the guild in order for us to keep the number of attempts of power play to a minimum and to state things such as: who is faster at Shunpo, better in Kido, etc. This page will explain to you about all the skills a Soul Reaper possess from their training at the Academy. As stated in the system, skills are found within each of the different races. Each one have a maximum level of 500 points. Once your character is approved and your character Statistic information has been added to the guild, you will be able to track your character process. Your skill will be listed under this information along with your parameters. The more skill you have in a subject, the more abilities, or techniques you will gain. Unlike most Bleach Guilds that allow you to select the number of Kido your character knows or how skilled you are, in this guild we require you to earn that right. By adding points to your skills in Kido the more Kido spells you will unlock the same with Zanjutsu, Hakuda, and Hoho. Below you can view all these different skills and how many skill points you need in each category in order to gain the ability to perform a new technique or even to gain Shikai and Bankai.

██████████████████████████████║ Zanpakuto:Description: Zanpakuto (Soul-Cutter Sword) is the main weapon of the Shinigami, the Arrancar, and the Visored. The Shinigami art of wielding a Zanpakutō is called Zanjutsu. The Zanpakutō of low-ranking Shinigami are called Asauchi and do not have names, but the Zanpakutō of Shinigami of rank have names. In its sealed state, a Zanpakutō has the form of a Japanese sword. Such weapons are unique swords generated from their owner's souls. Its shape differs depending on its owner. Zanpakutō are the trademark weapons of the Shinigami. Capable of cutting spiritual bodies, they are among the few weapons which can be used to combat Hollows. Each Shinigami carries a Zanpakutō, and each Zanpakutō is unique: the swords are reflections of a Shinigami's power and soul, and sentient beings unto themselves. The Zanpakutō's name is the name of the living spirit which empowers the sword and lends its strength to the Shinigami who wields it. These beings can vary greatly in appearance, and have their own distinct personalities, which match their owner's. A Zanpakutō's shape and abilities are based on their Shinigami's soul. Once a Shinigami learns his/her sword's name, they can communicate with one another and grow stronger together. Zanpakutō are born with their Shinigami, and they die along with their Shinigami. Shinigami use them in battle as a reflection of their heart. When released, they can display a vibrant power. They are one with the Shinigami, and they share a Shinigami's conviction. Inside each Zanpakutō is an incarnation which manifests itself upon the Zanpakutō's transformation. The first step is to acquaint oneself with this incarnation.
Techniques Gained:
[x] Shikai (Initial Release) is the second form (or first "upgraded" form) available to a Zanpakutō. To activate it, the Shinigami needs to learn the name of their Zanpakutō. This is not as easy as simply picking a name, for the living spirit of the Zanpakutō already has its own name. The Shinigami must be able to communicate and harmonize with their Zanpakutō effectively, which requires being able to speak to the spirit within its world. Achievement of the Shikai is a mark of control of a Zanpakutō, and it is a requirement for advancement within the Shinigami ranks, as most seated officers are capable of Shikai. It is required in order to achieve the rank of lieutenant, for it is a requirement most captains look for. [x] Bankai (Final Release) is the second and final upgraded form of a Zanpakutō. To achieve Bankai, one must be able to materialize and subjugate their Zanpakutō spirit. Materialization means the opposite of getting dragged into the Zanpakutō's inner world: the wielder needs to summon the Zanpakutō's spirit into the physical world. It usually takes 10 years or more to achieve, plus the experience needed to master it. Only the strongest Shinigami can use it, and it is the ultimate technique of a Zanpakutō. Even the four noble families, whose members are always exceptionally talented, only have a member capable of Bankai every few generations. Those who achieve Bankai always have remarkable roles in the history of Soul Society
Stat Requirements:
[x] In order for a character to unlock the power of Shikai this stat must have a minimum of 25 points [x] In order for a character to unlock the power of Bankai this stat must have a minimum of 200 points

██████████████████████████████║Hakuda:Description: Hakuda ("Hand-to-Hand Combat"; lit. white hits) is a close-combat style of fighting, in which one is unarmed and uses only one's body, and is one of the four basic fighting styles of the Shinigami. Members of the 2nd Division excels in this style. High-speed Taijutsu (Body Skill) attacks are used to overwhelm the opponent. Physical strength and skill is determined by this class. It seems to be a combination of several martial arts. The foremost practitioners of this technique are those assigned to the Executive Militia of the Onmitsukidō.
Stat Requirements:
[x] As this stat increases the skill one has with the Hand-to-Hand Combat in terms of technique and style will also increase. This includes how fast one can identify another's fighting style or fighting pattern within Hand-to-Hand Combat. ██████████████████████████████║Hoho :Description: Hohō (Agility; Viz "Fast Movement"; lit. step method) is the name given to one of the four combat skills of the Shinigami and relates to footwork. Hohō is an important skill for most Shinigami, and is one of their four basic fighting styles. The agility and speed of Hohō can be enhanced and improved through concentration, training, and mastery of it. The foremost practitioners of this technique are those assigned to the Onmitsukidō. Shunpo (Flash Steps) is the greatest expression of the Hohō technique. However, there are variations even within Shunpo which only master Hohō practitioners can use.
Additional Information:
[x] Hoho is the physical speed of a character, it can keep up with Shunpo and other races variation if it's at its maximum potential of 500 points. Other than that this is just pure physical efforts of speed which can effect ones fighting speed as well. Such as sword drawing speed. [x] Shunpo and Shunko as well as other specialized versions are considered Traits, and have a few advantages but they also have disadvantages. So when you are selecting your traits make sure you think about your choices wisely.
Stat Requirements:
[x] In order to move at the speeds of Shunpo this stat must be at 500 [x] In order to be considered the Flash God / Goddess, this stat must be at 500, the character must have Shunpo as one of their Traits, and Mobility stat must be at 100

██████████████████████████████║Kido:Description: Kido (demon way" or "spirit way"; sometimes translated as Demon Arts; Viz "Soul Reaper's powers"; "Spells") is a form of Shinigami combat based on advanced spells. These spells are produced with strong Reiryoku and fall into two categories: Hadō for direct attacks, and Bakudō for battle support. It is one of the techniques in the Zankensoki, the group of Shinigami primary combat skills. Kidō spells are triggered by an incantation. Experienced users can trigger them without an incantation, though the effectiveness of the spell will be diminished. Most spells are graded on a scale from 1 to 99, spells of the latter being the most powerful and the most difficult to perform. To use Kidō, a Shinigami must recite the specific incantation for the spell, which is often long and requires a few seconds to speak.
The power of a spell relies on the power of the user, as even a low-level spell can be utterly devastating when utilized by a high-class Shinigami.
Types of Kido:
Bakudō ("Way of Binding"): Supplementary spells which can immobilize an enemy or have an effect besides a direct strike. They may seem subtle, but these spells can give their users a tactical advantage when used properly. These are a broad category of defensive spells which block/repel attacks or freezes enemies in place. This class of spells include Kidō Barriers & Seals.
Hadō ("Way of Destruction"): Offensive spells which inflict direct damage to the enemy. Their effectiveness differs depending on the user. It is said the effectiveness of the higher-ranked spells are beyond imagination.
Kaidō ( "Turn Way"): Also known as healing Kidō. These spells do not have known names, numbers, or incantations to cast, and simply heal the target. As the user holds his/her hands above the patient's wounds, his/her palms glow with green spiritual energy to facilitate healing. When one heals with regular healing kidō, they perform Reiatsu restoration first. By doing so, one can attempt to recover the physical body using the patient's restored reiatsu and the healer's external reiatsu. Therefore, restoring the reiatsu when the physical body is in a fully healed state is no trouble at all.
Forbidden Kidō: A form of classification for Kidō spells which are considered illegal by Soul Society. The use of such spells will commonly result in some form of lengthy imprisonment or worse. The Kidō spells which fall under this class are those which involve the manipulation of space and time and Kidō which sacrifices the self.
Stat Requirements:
[x] As this stat increases the skill one has with the Demon Arts in terms of technique and style will also increase. This includes how fast one can cast spells, including form or what spells they can cast. See the Kido Spell List in order to know what skills you are able to use once you reach a certain stat ranking. Each ranking you fall into has certain rules you will be required to follow if you are within its ranking.

██████████████████████████████║Reiryoku Control :Description: To be simply put Reiryoku Control is the control one has over their Spiritual Energy within their body. It regulates the strength of spiritual based techniques. Techniques such as Kido and Cero strength is determined by this stat. The higher the stat, the stronger the damage is. In the hands of a true master of Reiryoku Control the lowest ranking Kido spell can be a challenge to someone who has little to zero control over their energy.
