 • A consistent level of quality must be maintained. If the quality of a colorist’s pets has noticeably dropped or is blatantly inconsistent, they will receive two warnings, and if there is no improvement, they will be asked to step down as a colorist.
• Standard pricing for customs are listed below. Which rank a custom falls under is up to the colorist. If you have a question or dispute about which level your custom is, please contact Poisin Ivy Josephine or Thy Reaper.
• Charging for any sort of ‘extras’ outside of the base custom price is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: - Charging to for a private stream. - Accepting money to finish a newer custom before an older one. - Charging extra for RP or character specific edits, unless it raises the complexity of the custom to the next rank.
• Charging for extras that increase the difficulty/time needed to complete a custom is allowed if given permission by Poisin Ivy Josephine or Thy Reaper. Examples are: - Adding edits not included in the original custom description after full or partial completion. - Doing the custom in real media at the owner’s request.
• There will be a two month grace period for late customs. If a colorist becomes a month and a half late on any of their customs, they will be warned. If they do not finish their customs within the following two weeks, they will asked to refund any overdue customs and step down as a Hart and Hind colorist. They may reapply at a later date, if desired.
