The Following Require your character to have your Hoho Skill Stat at: 100 (Novice Rank) Technique Name: Hikarakuyo (Blossoms Fall and Leaves Scatter) Consumption: Reiatsu decrease by 2 Points per use Technique Range: Short to Mid-Range (0 – 10 Meters) Technique Description: This is a special Hoho technique that was created to duplicate the specialized techniques used by Shunpo called Utsusemi. The technique Hikarakuyo is different by definition alone where the user, through manipulation of one’s spiritual energy flow, accelerates their speed to the point where their movements cause semi-sentient afterimages to form from behind them and continues to follow the user, mimicking their movements entirely. They then continue this enhanced flow for brief periods of time. The user is then able to deceive the opponent of their true position, assaulting them with several attacks from various angles in order for their opponent to be completely incapacitated.

The Following Require your character to have your Hoho Skill Stat at: 300 (Expert Rank) Technique Name: Way of Onmitsu, 1st of the Shiho: Shiho no Saisho – Tonbo (First of the Shiho – Dragonfly) Consumption: Reiatsu decreases by 5 points per use Technique Range: Short to Mid-Range (0 – 10 Meters) Technique Description: This technique allows the user to appear at several places at the same time, generating a set number of “speed-clones” depending on their level of mastery in Hoho. These are indistinguishable from the user’s true self and mimic his or her movements, but generally do not last very long. It is a basic technique, known by all Onmitsukido members. The weakness behind this technique is the fact the clones don’t cast shadows but the user does, so using this technique while in the sky is beneficial.
Technique Name: Way of Onmitsu, 3rd of the Shiho: Shiho no San – Utsusemi (Cicada) Requirements: Shunpo must be one of the Character Traits Consumption: Reiatsu decreases by 5 points per use Technique Range: Short to Mid-Range (0 – 10 Meters) Technique Description: It allows for a movement at great speed leaving behind an afterimage behind. The afterimage may even appear to have taken damage. Certain individuals may even be able to apply their elemental reiatsu to the technique, inflicting damage when the afterimage fades.

The Following Require your character to have your Hoho Skill Stat at: 500 (Master Rank) Technique Name: Way of the Onmitsu, 5th of the Shiho: Hanmyoka (Fifth of the Shiho – Tiger Beetle) Consumption: Reiatsu decreases by 10 points per use Technique Range: Short to Long-Range (0 – 20 Meters) Technique Description: Speeding up the spiritual flow within their bodies drastically, the user enhances their speed to a point where they become invisible to the naked eye. Motions can only be performed in a straight line and when the user comes to a standing-still, their pathway is torn apart viciously. Visibility for the user during this technique is reduced to near zero, requiring running in short bursts to re-orient themselves as they chase down their targets.
Technique Name: Way of the Onmitsu, 10th of the Shiho: Shiho no Ju – Kurumushi (Tenth of the Shiho – Wheel Bug) Consumption: Reiatsu decreases by 10 points per use Technique Range: Short to Long-Range (0 – 20 Meters) Technique Description: A particularly cruel technique, which is advised against within the Onmitsukido due to the possible grievous backlash. It consists of a single long “step” extending way pass the opponent, yet performed inches near the latter, with the dominant hand held in tegatana position. The said hand cleaves through the air as the movement is performed, and when the user comes to a hold, it causes an enormous shockwave to ripple through the pathway in its wake. Because the hand is designed to be near the opponent when the technique is utilized, the latter receives the full brunt of this force, capable of completely ripping open the chest area and exposing the vital organs. However, should the opponent side-step in time or the technique simply performed too far away from the intended victim’s body, the user himself receives the impact, although in his back and thus less lethal, but still enough to render him incapable of fighting for serious period of time.
Technique Name: Senka (Flash Blossom) Requirements: Shunpo must be one of the Character Traits Consumption: Reiatsu decreases by 15 points per use Technique Range: Short to Mid-Range (0 – 10 Meters) Technique Description: A special and highly advanced Shunpo technique. The practitioner moves behind the opponent to directly attack and seal their "Saketsu (Chain Binding)" and "Hakusui (Soul Sleep)" in two rapid attacks. The movement is so fast, an opponent may not be able to tell whether they were attacked from the front or the back, and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are.
Technique Name: Shukuchi (Reduced Earth) Requirements: Character cannot have Shunpo as one of their Traits Consumption: Reiatsu decreases by 20 points for each use. Double the number for each step of Shukuchi to get to True Shukuchi which takes 80 Reiatsu points. Technique Range: Unknown Technique Description: The Shukuchi is an advanced Hohō variant that goes beyond the teachings of Shunpo of Sonido. Its a specialized technique that only those who can't perform Shunpo of Sonido can use. By storing additional energy within the legs in order to augment the already present reiryoku, the user can accelerate his steps exponentially. The Shukuchi utilizes such powerful speed that, to an outside observer, it appears that the distance between the user and opponent has literally shrunk or disappeared completely; in reference to its name. Practitioners move so swiftly that only the most observant of individual can even hope to read the movements used. The Shukuchi is so elaborate in skill level that it has to be broken down into three segments to explain it properly.
The First Step of Shukuchi is simply an enhanced Hoho and, when the technique was first developed the Shukuchi method, this was the only ability was fit to use. When the user moves their speed creates craters in the ground as they run wild either towards a target or away from one. The sounds of the ground cracking happens after the craters form making the first step already hard to predict from a distance.
The Second Step of Shukuchi is a more powerful and demanding level of Shukuchi than the first. It is also the final level a user can use without worrying about physical drawbacks later in the battle. The Second Step of Shukuchi is so fast that the only indication available to outside observers that the user has moved at all in training is the rippling of the mats and wood on the floor or any surface; even so that it can shred through concrete. The user moves so quickly and with such precision that they can literally disappear and attack within the same movement.
The final and third step of Shukuchi or better known as the True Shukuchi. Using the True method the user moves so swiftly that they appears to have completely disappeared to his opponents eyes and cannot be seen until after they completes the step. The downside is the damage it causes to his/her muscles. The higher levels of Shukuchi require much more energy to be transferred to the legs, there is only so much a persons body can take before it gives out, preventing all movement. The muscles tend to tear and bones to break in multiple places after only a handful of seconds of using the True Shukuchi. With the True level a user becomes nigh-on unreachable via traditional Hohō techniques and even Shunpo, as this speed it is simply too immense to match. The user's mere movement is enough to cause an enormous shockwave to ripple through in their wake, which hits with incredible force.
