Variant One: The Smoking Cauldron
Items Needed:
Salt Cauldron Charcoal Disc Lighter/Matches Sage Ceder Wood Sandalwood Thyme Eucalyptus Mortar and Pestle Vesta Powder Smudge Fan or similar
Cast your circle and so forth in your preferred method, this is best done outside as it's very very smoky.

Place the salt in the cauldron and then light the charcoal disc, placing it on the salt in the cauldron. Add a little of the powder to the charcoal at a time and fan the smoke about your form with the fan, visualize the smoke cleansing you and starting the healing process.
Once you've burned through all the ground herbs dispose of the salt, charcoal and ashes safely and responsibly.
