I'll fill this out on how I walk my path, I don't expect anyone to use this as an outline for themselves or anything....
1:Genral into, outline
Um... To follow the path of the warrior, protecting the weak and the beaten and loved ones, to fight off injustice, falsehoods, greed, and pure evil with justice, truth, generosity, and love. To obey the code of chivalry, and to defend it. To maintain individuality against society, for in society there is mulengro. To uplift the mind and the spirit with the essence of magick, to embolden the body and heart with magic's touch. To be open to all, and to listen to both sides before judging.
2: History
I've always felt a calling of sorts to the times long ago, when knights upheld honor and their code of chivalry, but also to the side that hid from that society. A lot about me is contradictions, so it fits that I take up both paths into one.
3: Central beliefs
Code of Chivalry
Magic is real, and is beneficial if used correctly
Knowledge is a key, and life is the lock
Belief in the fae, in spirits, in dragons, in psychic abilities, in mermaids, and in vampires
crazy isn't bad, it's a strong sense of individuality that people who dwell in society's rules that people fear
Energy, like your attitude or your destiny, can be shaped by you, not just by things outside of your control
There is a God, but There is also a Goddess for balance
Reincarnation exists
There is a balance within life and the universe, best explained as Yin and Yang
Animals, plants, and other things in nature all have a spirit and energy, not just humans
All creatures are equal, humans are not superior to everything. Just as the tree breathes and the tigress hunts, the human must survive in this world using their wits.

Lucifer isn't a bad deity, just his job gives him a bad reputation. To me, he is the tester of man and punisher should they fail. After all, If God is all knowing, and is the past, present and future, he knew what Lucifer would do, and he let it happen to put Lucifer in a position that best fits him.
4: Deities
The Main God and Goddess, who come in many forms with many names

6: Ethics
RESPECT YOUR ELDERS (which includes anyone who is older, or has much more experience than you)
Don't dis it until you try it is what I always say.
The Golden Rule of course
Code of Chivalry (Again? Yes again)
Stay true to yourself, not to society
Protect the weak and those you care about
7: Sabbats

8: Rituals-why perform them, how to perform them, what goes into them)
same as above
9: Other Practices/Other Theology
Well I classify my religion as agnostic, mainly because I believe a bit of every religion, with stronger ties to pagan/wiccan and christianity. There are also bits of hinduism, animalism, taoism, buddhism, confucianism, and sikkhism (maybe islam?). Again, it's a stew of a lot of religions.
