How many people?: 3-7
Rating: 16+ (bad language and some inappropriate content is allowed. During the RP if you have any questions or concerns on what can be posted, ask here.)
A group of people are marooned on an island after a ship wreck. What they didn't know was that this was an experiment by the district of Utopia. (Controls half of the world) One of the islanders works with the gov't. However, no one knows who this traitor is.
If you want to be the traitor, PM me or post it here. It really doesn't matter if the others know. If they do, then they can't act like they do. But if no one else knows, it'd be more interesting.
To make it even more interesting than that, we'll need someone or someone(s) roleplaying as people from Utopia district. So anyone else involved wouldn't know who it is. This may even include myself. So who's interested?

Moderator(s?)
Those who act as the people from Utopia basically control the plot. One person if there is 2-5 other players. 2 if there are 4/5 other players. The official name of these people are moderators. They can't directly be involved, but they can do certain things.
-change weather (controlled environment)
-decide on how easy it is to find food/supplies
-use certain foods or plants to poison or disable someone. This ability should be limited. Meaning- only used once or twice by each or the one moderator.
-And anything else but flat-out killing the people. Unless it's needed.
The moderator(s?) will get together and decide of who the traitor is and PM the person. Said traitor cannot tell anyone that they are the traitor. The moderator(a?) cannot tell anyone until the plot calls for it. It's the moderator(s?) job to decide, not mine. If you wish to be a mod, please full out this extra form:

What do you think you can bring as a moderator: I can bring years of experience between D&D, a plethora of writing classes and hundreds, if not thousands, of ideas garnished from novels. In essence, I can spice it up.
Can you do this without going overboard: It's like cooking: a little spice can enhance the recipe--too much can ruin what you've worked for. I can tell, or ask advice, if I have an idea that might take things a wee bit too far.
Can you get along with others: Absolutely!

I can do either a moderator or as a test subject. Both appeal to my inner writer.
What I can bring as a mod is an imagination molded with the hands of brilliant novelist, a nerdy side with a wide grasp of medical lingo, absolutely no life so all the time in the world to create, and an avid love of learning the human psyche through works of art.
Can you do this without going overboard? Sylvic-Rune put it perfectly with the analogy of writing with cooking. Every now and then spice needs to be tossed in, or the story/dish will be brining as hell. But, within that same grasp of seasoning, too much can tank the project all together.
Can you get along with others? I do my best, but some idiots (IE homophobes) just can't be taught.
On a side note if this is still a possible RP thing, there are some ideas that I've had that could make each post a little more exciting. As in, each and every pros is completely one sided, and the subjects set up the next person's posting. I think two mods at least is a good idea, that way they can bounce ideas back and forth, making sure that their individual posts won't interfere with the other's. Just some thoughts.

I love Your ideas! They will help out a lot in the roleplay process! You'd be a great mod! I think I've found my mods! I was starting to lose hope! If we can bring in more people, it would be perfect! It seems like I'll be one o the stranded! Maybe the mods will drag me in as a test subject? *shudders* ummm.... For those of you that waited... I hope you're all still interested!

And might I say that this reminds me of LOST, the Divergent series, and since other stuff that I'd oddly written. Great minds, as they say.

What if we ask all the regs to join in, not mandatory, mind you,but as a formal intro. Hell, even selecting those who would bring excitement through their own imagination,be it extremely interesting, or as that one person that ALWAYS opens the door/goes somewhere alone/investigates in a horror film. Even if it is a temp rolls due to schedule conflicts, could be very interesting.
