o1. Every member of not only this guild but of Gaiaonline are required to follow the Gaia ToS. Disregarding this rules will result into banning.
o2. This is a community of writers, let your creative juices flow and just have fun!
o3. Captain, Vice-Captain, and Crew members have the right to delete, move, and/or edit threads and posts.
o4. Any misplaced thread with be moved without warning, and any inappropriate/inactive threads will be deleted/locked.
o5. If there is someone that you have a problem with, please bring to the Captain, V. Captain, or crew member with evidence to back it up.
o6. If you wish to donate to the guild to help out with contests, events, etc. Do not donate directly to the guild. We do not have access to that gold. We have created a Guild Mule Account, In The Beginning RPG, so you can send guild or donated items there. The Captain and Vice Captain know the account information and have a list of how much gold and how many items are in the account. We would NEVER under any circumstance gip you out of your contests. If you have any concerns about this, PLEASE send us a PM.
o7. If you wish to make a recruit thread, put it in the Preface (Recruit). Keep in mind for recruit threads, there will be 2 or 3 guild announcements every month.
o8. Images cannot exceed over 500x500 pixels and 100,000 byte size limit. Captain, Vice Captain, Crew Members have all right to adjust the image if you do not take it upon yourself to make sure its under 500x500 pixels/100,000 byte size limit.
o8. Each sub-forum has specific kinds of roles/thread that are to in there!
xxxxxo8.a The Preface (Recruit) is for recruiting only!
xxxxxo8.b The Chapter One (Casual Roleplays) are for casual roleplays only. There is not a specific word/paragraph count with no specific 'literacy' level.
xxxxxo8.c The Chapter Two (Semi-Literate Roleplays) are for semi-literate roleplays only. Most people consider standard for semi-literate is roughly one paragraph to two paragraphs.
xxxxxo8.d The Chapter Three (Literate to Literate Plus) is for Lit/Lit+ roleplays only. Most people consider this as three plus paragraphs; 300+ word post. Everyone has their different opinion on what is literate, so please do not go by this, but we will be monitoring it.
o9. The Main Forum is for chatting, shops, asking for help on writing, etc.

[indicators] Indicators are letter tags that are placed before the title of your roleplay in brackets to indicate what type of roleplay it is. It's so the everyday user can see what type of thread you have before clicking the link. Is this a mandatory feature? No, but it'd be lovely if you used it. People looking for a certain type of roleplay would adore you. Suggestions for new indicators would be much appreciated.
F - Fantasy
MD - Medieval
M - Modern
R - Romance
Sci - Futuristic
S - School
H - Horror
Mys - Mystery
PA - Post-apocalyptic
U -Urban/City
SP - Spiritual/Faith/Religious
A - Action/Fighting/Battles/War
P - Punk types, like Steampunk and Cyberpunk.
MB - Movie Based
BB - Book Based
An - Anime
Tv - Television Series
O - Open
Cl - Closed
Sus - Suspense
DR - Dark Romance
DD - Dark Drama

o2. How do I go about making a roleplay?
Go ahead and make it! Just make sure you have it in the correct sub-forum.
o3. Can I become a crew member?
Yes you can. Before you can become one, you have to prove to me that you are capable to meet up to my expectations in being a crew member.
o4. Can we run events/contests?
Yes, but don't expect the guild to fund it for you.
o5. Who is In The Beginning RPG?
That is the guild mule account. It for guild type things, BUT it is also for any contests or events that we decide to hold. If you want to help with contests/events and want to donate, donate it to In The Beginning RPG.

Aha, I peeked around the forums but didn't see a thread specifically for this. I fervently apologize if I'm being a noobcake and just didn't see it! BUT. I was wondering if we have any official guild banners like you have in your signature that are open for any guild member to use. If possible, I'd just love to steal yours. xD Just something to get attention aimed at the guild and help with recruitment.
Nothing too fancy. Just standard point and click stuff.

I have a quick question/request...
There are no codes for "Suspense", "Dark Drama" and "Dark Romance". While similar to the original they are considered separate genres... could we get separate codes for them please?

Little Fluffette Just a quick question about where we can post topics Group Ideas. I see some posted in the main guild section, but one is posted in the OOC sub-forum. :3 The one in the OOC is one that Harmonic does plan on making and is the OOC for that roleplay. =] I gave him permission. Generally recruit/interest threads are supposed to be in the Main Forum
