It seemed as though Alice had just left Wonderland as a child. She could still remember the White Rabbit leading her asunder, the Mad Hatter, Door Mouse and March Hare drinking tea wildly, the Red Queen and her temper. All of it, every last detail, felt so fresh in her mind.
In common day London, Alice bumps into a face from the past. All fares terribly in Wonderland. The Queens of the Four Suits have gathered together and summoned the world shattering Jabberwock, a frightening creature of Wonderlandian lore, and stolen the only weapon that can defeat it--the Vorpal Sword. It is up to Alice to find find the blade, kill the Jabberwock and answer the question Absalom the Caterpillar had posed so many years ago--
Who was she?

So, essentially, the story would center around Alice and her merry band of not-quite-gents. (I figure that, since we're all lady lovers here, we could gender swap all the male characters to form an all female cast. Lady Hatter, Cheshire Cat, White Rabbit--all ladies.) As most of the roles are rather fixed, here would be a guesstimation of who and how many this ship needs to sail:
(Appx 9-10 players, unless people want two characters.)
Alice
Mad Hatter
Cheshire Cat
White Rabbit
March Hare
Door Mouse
Absalom the Caterpillar
Red Queen
Tweedle Dee/Tweedle Dum (could be one person or two controlling them)
Now of course there will be romance, what good is an adventure story without it, but the center plot line is just to keep everyone slightly focused.
*PS--be fair to your fellow RPers. If you want Mad Hatter, please don't ask for Cheshire, too, as those two are the most popular characters of all. Give everyone a chance, yeah?

Sounds like fun! So it would start in London correct? Maybe some of the characters could be 'represented' by humans while in the London scenes...? I'd like to be White Rabbit please smile
