This is where our council have their meeting and summon shinobi to get information on missions, though it looks big on the outside its actually kind of small on the inside, we have different rooms for different mission ranks and the top of this building is where the council meet up and debate. Our laws are also carried out at this location, everyone has a right to fair trail and to be judged by a jury of their peers, this is the place where the courts are held. Its kind of a political keep all here. Just remember your manners when in here, sometimes the council can be stingy.
