[[This is where you make your initial entrance, and introduce yourself/your wolf. My wolfs appearance is in my signature!]]
Hatred laid sleeping under the shade of an old oak tree, along the edge of the forest. The sun was warm peeking through the shade of the tree she laid under, making it hard for her to get out of her midday laze. A huge yawn escaped her, and she stretched herself out, rolling onto her back. It was a beautiful day, the temperature was perfect.
In the distance, Hatred heard something moving. Another wolf? She stretched again and sat up on her haunches, ready to introduce herself to the newcomer. When they finally reached her, she gave them a good sniff and a tailwag.
"I'm Hatred Moonfire. I am your alpha female, your pack leader. It's a pleasure to meet you and welcome you to my pack," She said with a wolfish grin. "Everything here is not as it seems, this forest is a magical place of beauty."

Soft paws struck the ground in a steady rhythm, the rush of air through lungs and accompanying mouth a counterpoint to the beat. A gentle flap of feathered wings, steadying their carrier and lifting her over obstacles, created a melody all their own. The sun shone bright on the back of the young wolf, the vivid crimson and stark white a contrast to the deep black of the body, a warning to all that she was dangerous. In a rush of feathers and wind, the multi-hued wolf came to a halt, standing beneath a stand of trees. It had taken many days and many miles for her to reach where she was now and the journey was worth it. Inhaling deeply, letting the rush of scents of the area surround her, she gave a quick flap of her wingspan and began her descent into the trees that so desperately called to her senses.
For a time, she simply wandered through the tall trees. There’s was a comfort that she had not felt since she was small and she was relishing their beauty with every moment she spent. Her previous home, the one she stayed in for the longest, was an abandoned city. The crumbling buildings and stale scents of human made up the depressing home of the pack of which she became enslaved to. Shuddering at the memories of abuse by her masters, the wolf rubbed against one of the trees and found solace in its solidity. This would be her new home. It would be the place where she would grow old and die, hopefully. Maybe even find someone to spend that time with. It was the entire reason she had escape from the torturous existence that she was living. Rumors of such a place, a place where all were accepted, had drifted into the diseased lands she was a part of. The young wolf had clung to the idea of this happy place and eventually gained the strength to leave them. To leave the hatred and disease.
Sounds of movement reached her ears and she froze in place. Crimson tipped ears rotated and scanned for the source of the noise while pitch wings flared and flapped idly. The sight of another wolf caused her to relax, though her wings were still flared. She would not be taken down so easily if this wolf was hostile! She would not become a slave again.
"I'm Hatred Moonfire.”
The wolf tilted her head in confusion. What kind of name was that? Moonfire she could understand, though it was still an uncommon match of words where she was from. Not that she could honestly speak. Her name meant, in the literal sense, “Plague”.
“I am your alpha female, your pack leader.”
Ah. So this wolf was the alphess. But still. Hatred? What had she done to deserve such a title when she seemed like such a nice and caring leader? The multi-hued wolf relaxed her wings a bit, pulling them tighter to her body. If this truly were the alphess, then it would be in her best interests to seem as non-hostile as possible. Submission, yes, but not to the point of being a pathetic ball of fur and feathers.
“It's a pleasure to meet you and welcome you to my pack.”
Oh? So she was accepted just like that. No words had even stumbled forth from her inelegant lips just yet, but this wolf was very open and accepting. Absent-mindedly, she wondered if any harm had befallen the pack because of the open nature of it. So many things had gone wrong back in her home because of such things. Disease being the main proponent of distrust and hatred within the confines of it.
"Everything here is not as it seems, this forest is a magical place of beauty."
The wolf smiled at her and she nearly ran out of shock. No one smiled at her. Not in an affectionate way at least. It was always because she was a target for their aggression. Always. There was no affection for the slaves. And it didn’t help that she was the only one. Smiling back in the most awkward way possible, the wolfess ducked her head in a bow and wagged her tail once before tucking it up under her body.
“I thank you, my lady,” she said quietly before straightening back up. “I am Sairaudelle, though most call me Delle.” Her amber eyes sparkled brightly, excited that she had found a place to call home at last. Delle backed off once more before turning and walking away. It would do no good to block the Alphess from whomever followed after her.
