An NPC is a 'non-playable character' that is used to fill gaps in the story line and help move things along, and can be used by all players. BUT when an NPC is made, all players must use that NPC in the fashion it was created. this means a crazy NPC should continually act in crazy ways as it was meant to, and a violent one should be violent, just as it was intended by the creator. If you do not understand what this means PM one of the guild moderators that is their function after all.

This is the form for an NPC, this is to be filled out as completely as possible. If an NPC is created the character must remain true to its character sheet no matter who uses it.
