Also called "Sinners Blood", this lake is buried deep within the mountain range that surrounds the majority of the Black Lands. Water blacker than night, this lakes depth is unknown, though swimming is not advised regardless. There are creatures inside the lake that are not friendly, and if that doesn't worry you, the water thicker than blood should. The "water" in this lake will stain the skin of any who touch it's murky surface.
The lakes shores are very different from the lake itself, however, in their contents. If you look past all of the polished, ordinary stones, you may find something amazing. Diamonds have been known to wash up on the shores of this lake, stained black and glittering with a magic inside them that can't be explained. This phenomena draws people to the lake, despite the dangers that may lie within it's waters.
Some say that the House of Black first started by crawling out of the depths of the lake, but it's just a rumor and is in no way true.
