1: They can't be classified as a normal character. i.e. the standard character development list won't work for them.
2: If they play a majorly significant role.

Name: Erath
Divinity: Fire
Race: Hionian
Appearance: He is clothed in a bright crimson armor, that is lined with gold. The helmet goes down to his chin, and then up into a triangle, at his nose, proceeding to 2-dimensionally follow the bridge up. Once it passes his eyes it folds back down, into two curved triangles, that follow the line of the jaw. The back of the helmet looks like fire, and other than that it seems like standard plate armor, thick gold lines at the edge of every plate. A magical shadow covers his face, and none remember his natural appearance.
Personality: Erath tries to appear clam, collected, and in control. He is always forcing down his sadistic desires to hurt, and kill. Despite these desires he truthfully does care about his people, and tries to give them good lives. Unfortunately he is also very rash, and quick for decisions. This, plus the sadism puts it up for debate whether he is a good king.
Known History: Erath burnt down the house of his parents, at a very young age. He was both pleased with himself, and ravaged by guilt. He traveled the world (well, the Hionian world, of Helios) until he eventually met Nalai, who began to help him stay in control of his unstable emotions, and gave him a motherly attraction he never had with his real mother.
Other: He is the King of the Divine Plane.

Name: Lucien
Divinity: N/A Dragon Sword of Madness
Race: Dragon Sword
Appearance: Either a sword with a heart pommel, with three tentacles stretching down as a handle. From the pommel a blade reaches out, waving back and forth. However, seeing as how he's a Dragon Sword he can also be a Dragon. A green serpent that only detail it has on its head is a mouth. For the most part it's just a green serpent, though it does have long claws, and flap-less wings, with mouths on the end.
Personality: He is obsessed with his drive to drink blood, or rather a blood like substance he can disintegrate all biomass into. Other than this his personality as mostly dwindled away.
Known History: At some point in history he was turned into a sword, that could only live off of pure biomass. From there he ate all he could, until he was sealed away, by an unknown force.
Other: He is the 2nd Dragon Sword to exist.

Name: Stoe
Divinity: Formerly Storms
Race: Human
Appearance: His appearance is usually hidden by his armor, which is supposed to be a symbol to the Divine Moon. This armor is grey, and decorated in the official symbol of said faction. His hair is short, and black.
Personality: Unwaveringly loyal to the Divine Moon faction, though frustrated with how slow the rebellion is moving. His high ranking in Dait's army has also given him an arrogance, which is the main thing that guided him to strike Erath. Despite this arrogance he's actually fairly quiet.
Known History: He was always a quiet kid, and was absolutely fascinated with old forms of weaponry, such as swords, and bows. When he arrived in the Divine Plane it was by hand of Dait himself, who did so to recruit. The first thing he saw when he arrived were the fields of Dane, and the first thing he heard was Dait's blaming of Erath.
Other: He only counts as a special character due to his death, in the introduction.
