-(name)-chan - Means that (name) is your friend/you are close. It is kind of 'cutesy', however.
-(name)-sensei - Professor (name)
-(name)-sama - Lord/Lady (name)
-(name)-san - Mr/Mrs/Miss (name)
-(name)-kun - This is used as a term of respect and maybe admiration, like someone close to your age whom you look up to, etc...
