On the surface: Sapphire is really active. She likes to be in everything and wants to know everything. She tries very hard to be the one in the town that people don't look at and think she's weird because of where she is from. She helps out wherever she can and tries to be as helpful and as useful as she can be. But inside, she really wants a human companion. Someone who is kind of like her. So she and her pokemon can have fun with others too...
But deep down: Lived in Snowpoint until she was eight, Sapphire was and still is considered unusual. She has almost white hair and bright green eyes. She liked to be alone at first and so everyone thought she was into the voodoo aspect of stuff. But she goes away to help pokemon she finds. After about a year of living in Azalea, Sapphire's father passed away. When this happened she ran away and found herself deep in the forest. While there a strange pokemon found her and sang to her to keep her spirits up and to make her happy. And as the young girl calmed it even led her out of Ilex forest. Since then she has gone into the forest to the shrine everyday and pays her respects and helps any pokemon that has made it's way to the shrine looking for help.
