Personality: Viola Is quiet, and extremely monotone when she speaks. She shows a little to no emotion when she interacts with anybody. She respects her higher ups and always make sure she shows decent respect to her subordinates. However she has a severe anger issue when people do things such as dote on her or call her adorable. When this happens her red eyes begin to glow and her hair suddenly turns into a shade of white, These are the biggest warning signs of when she is angry. She will also do this even to her higher ups such as her own Captain.

Background: Viola was originally a normal girl attending school in France She was almost the exact opposite of what she is now, she was once extremely bubbly and very girly. However as she was walking to school one day a drunk driver was trying to find his way home when he swerved onto the sidewalk, striking Viola head on. The paramedics arrived not even a couple minutes after but sadly Viola died on the way to the hospital.
After she died she wandered around for only a few days before a hollow found and attacked her, however an unknown soul reaper arrived just in time to save her. Shortly afterwards the soul reaper performed a Konsō on her. Soon she woke up UN the Rukongai where her new personality began to take shape due to the harsh life there and what happened to her when she was alive.
After living in a rundown shack with a kind old couple she decided to go somewhere and become a soul reaper. After she started Shin'ō Academy she quickly flew through the classes and quickly became the youngest person to become the top student. A day or so before graduation Viola had managed to unlock her shikai. Because of this, and her high achievements in school she was offered a position as Lieutenant for squad three.

Release Appearance: The Tanto Loses its physical shape all together and take on the form of pure lightning that surrounds Viola.
Description: In this form Viola has complete control over the lightning and can control it by using her hands to choose its direction.
Abilities:
Lightning Whip: Viola can lash out the lightning that has a twenty foot reach, in the time it takes for the lightning to return to her, Viola is has no weapons. (Return Time: 1 post)
Lightning Spears: Viola can separate the single large strand of lightning into many smaller strands of lightning and launch it at her enemy. The damage dealt depends on how large each one is. (Cool Down: 1 post. Range: 30 - 40 feet, depending)
Volt Shield: This is a barrier of lightning that can block most Shikai level attacks, depending on what the ability of the shikai is. (Example: Against Renji's shikai, it'd be able to block it. While in contrast it'd be worthless against Rangiku's. It all depends on the shikai.) Basically if the attack is a straightforward, pad on attack then the shield will be able to block it. However if you attack can be manipulated, controlled, and have it's direction changed then it'll be able to bypass the shield.
It forms a single round wall in front of Viola, as such it does not protect her from the sides and back.
The shield is able to hold up against most physical attacks unless the attack is that of a bankai.
It is worth noting that Viola can use the single strand of lightning to block, however The Strand of lightning was made for offense and not defense and as such can only block against normal sword attack and nothing shikai leveled.
It can also block most Kidō and Bakudō, DEPENDING on which one is used. (Cool Down: 2 - 3 Posts depending on the power of the attack. Such as Kidō attacks #45 and up would cause 3 posts.)
Voltic Rush: This move forms the lightning into claws on her hands. This technique is mostly used for when she goes in for close combat. However in this form she cannot use any of her other abilities. Each claw is about 1 foot long. (Cool Down: 1 post)
