DaisyFire 10 made me want to pull my teeth out with pliers. There was no "roam" factor and the characters were wimps *_* roam factor?...it couldn't have been that bad..true it had a different level up system and other things that ppl weren't used to but if u do the same thing over and over its going to get boring after a while don't u think?

You don't get the airship until you're towards the end of the game, so if you want to get back to the beginning it's a long haul. I disliked Tidus muchly confused he just wasn't very striking, in my opinion of course sweatdrop Chocobos - choice of where to ride them is limited Auron on the other hand was one of the good things about the game. I can't believe they're getting rid of the random battles *_* they're annoying, but they're also motivation for me to train - because I don't like running away. rofl Look at me ranting. rofl

Final Fantasy 7 is an overplayed piece of garbage. It's totally sold out to be nothing but eye candy for people who want to say "OMg SepHIrOth Is sEw KeWl" or "OmG CLOUd iS so CoOL!" when it really had no content compared to other Final Fantasy Games.
The character development system was almost non-existent. Materia was just a come and go thing that any character could do at any time, so rather than having a deep creation style, everyone is just always a blank slate no matter what you do.
Then the combat was horribly unbalanced. Unlike in the good Final Fantasies, magic is total crap. It wastes your MP, takes time to do, and does inferior damage compared to physical attacks, especially when you start getting stuff like 4x cut. It also doesn't help that you lose the good caster about halfway through the game. All you need to be succesful is find 3 good physical attackers and then put some cure magic on them. After that, you can put on some of the passive effect stuff on them. All you ever need.
The plotline was also garbage. The characters had deep backgrounds, but the plot itself went nowhere ever. Good games such as VI had awesome twists throughout. All I ever did in VII was chase one guy in a black robe for 40 hours of my life. Every time I thought the plot was going to go somewhere, I found myself chasing the same guy even MORE! This continues until you finally kill him and beat the game. They just spiced up the plot with the whole sentiment-ridden troubled past gig.
The only thing I really ever liked about VII was the culture. The whole present time world with dark age rules and being on the verge of technoglogy that could destroy the planet was awesome.
My favorite will always be III/VI, more known to me as III. The fact that magic was actually powerful and useful in it, as it should be if I have to spend a certain amount of points to use it, was awesome. And the huge role it played in the plot was cool. Then the fact that there was actual character balance blew my mind! Having played more modern Final Fantasies first, I was pretty impressed by that. Every character was pretty good at something stat wise, and they all got a very unique ability that no one else got. Not just some damaging spell, either, because magic wasn't such a simplistic gig in this one.
Then the fact that the world blows up near the end of the game ruled. And when you finally get to the last dungeon, your team sucks so much, you don't have a chance to do it. So you have to scour the new world looking for ways to improve your characters and in the meantime you actually get some deep insight into the characters' backgrounds, which was utterly revolutionary in those times.
I'm sick of people falling for eye candy! Also, this is my first post in this guild in like a year, and also I'm cool!
